The Dallas Stars have summoned Matt Fraser. Fraser has 24 goals and 11 assists in 51 AHL games in 2012-13. He might play in his second career NHL game on Thursday.

Matt Fraser scored two goals in the Texas Stars' 5-2 victory over the Peoria Rivermen. Fraser has 14 goals and 17 points in 34 AHL games this season. He had 37 goals and 55 points in 73 AHL contests in 2011-12.

Matt Fraser contributed to both Texas goals in its 3-2 setback to Grand Rapids on Saturday night. The winger had a goal and an assist. Fraser is a threat to score every night -- as he's had three straight 32-plus goal seasons (two WHL, one AHL). He's struggled a bit this year to produce offense in other ways, though, with only nine points, seven of which are markers.

The Dallas Stars have sent Matt Fraser to the minors. Fraser was called up on Wednesday, but he didn't end up playing in an NHL game. He made his NHL debut on Jan. 24, during a previous stint with Dallas.

Matt Fraser has been recalled by Dallas. He will take Jacob Dowell's place on the roster after the latter suffered an upper-body injury on Tuesday night in Montreal. Fraser made his NHL debut back on Jan. 24 against Anaheim and he has 42 points in 50 games in the minors.

The Dallas Stars brought up Matt Fraser from the AHL. Fraser might play in his first NHL game if the Stars decide to give him the nod. It's unclear if that will be the case or if he's just being recalled to give Dallas options if someone gets injures.
