Cullen didn't participate in line rushes during the Predators' morning skate and could be out of the lineup Tuesday against the Canadiens. Cullen received practice off Monday for maintenance purposes, but his return to the ice a day later suggests the forward isn't nursing an injury concern. However, it looks like he could be at risk of serving as a healthy scratch Tuesday, despite producing points in each of the last two games. There could still be an opening into the Nashville lineup after Viktor Stalberg was forced to exit the morning skate with an injury, but if Stalberg is able to participate in warmups without incident, Cullen would likely be forced to head to the press box for the night.

Cullen recorded two assists in Saturday's win over the Sabres. That's four points in four games for Cullen, who is up to seven goals and 24 points in 58 games on the season. He's been very streaky, but if you can deal with the slumps, the 38-year-old has enough offensive skill to be of value in some very deep leagues.

Cullen scored the team's lone goal in Monday's 4-1 loss to the Rangers. Cullen has been on a tear recently, finding the scoresheet in each of his last four games while tallying six points in that span. The 38-year-old has just 20 points on the season, but more than half of them have come in his last 13 games, so the veteran could be worth taking a flyer on while he's hot.

Cullen scored a goal and gathered an assist in while receiving 10:46 TOI in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Red Wings. The 38-year-old now has a five-point, three-game point streak on the go, which is quite impressive given that he's only played a combined 34:55 during that span. Cullen's modest totals (six goals, 13 assists, plus-9, 14 PIM, 74 SOG) in 48 games leave him outside the realm of fantasy relevance in nearly all leagues. However, looking at the last 12 games -- where he's racked up 10 of his total 19 points on the season -- paints a picture of an upward trend that savvy owners should consider capitalizing on, especially since he's been playing with offensively-inclined linemates in Mike Fisher and Craig Smith regularly of late.

Cullen assisted on both Nashville goals and went plus-2 with two penalty minutes Thursday against the Wild. Can't blame the 4-2 loss on Cullen, that's for sure. The veteran's been surprisingly productive of late, with six points in his last seven games, but his fantasy value is largely restricted to very deep formats.

Cullen scored his first goal since Dec. 20 when he tallied a goal and an assist in Saturday's win over the Devils. He has four points (one goal, three assists) in his last five games.He's also put up a plus-four rating and has four PIM in that span, too. His season had been a disappointment until now, but this little burst could give you some depth production if you can shuffle the deck.

Cullen has zero points in 10 games since returning from an upper-body injury in early January. Cullen now has just nine points in 35 games so far this season, a far cry from the 39 points in 77 contests he posted last year. Part of the problem is, the Preds went out and bolstered their offense in the offseason, which effectively pushed Cullen down to a third-line role where the opportunities to contribute offensively are harder to come by. As a result, he merits attention in the deepest of fantasy formats only.

Cullen (upper body), who returned to practice Friday, has been activated from injured reserve, Eric Stromgren of The Tennessean reports. Taylor Beck (illness) was also activated, and it seems both forwards will be ready for Saturday's game against the Wild. Meanwhile, James Neal (lower body) remains on injured reserve, but he has not officially been ruled out.
