Stone will play for Team Canada at the World Championships in May despite his recent upper-body injury, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Citizen reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone sat out Ottawa's last three contests due to a monster hit by Dustin Byfuglien, but he may have been able to gut it out if the Sens were in contention for a playoff spot. Nonetheless, it sounds like the 23-year-old is healthy and will be a key cog in Team Canada's quest for a World Championship.

Stone (upper body) will miss Thursday's matchup with the Panthers, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
We may have seen the last of Stone this season, as the winger is still bothered by the monster hit he took against Winnipeg on March 30. If the 23-year-old is unable to suit up in the season finale Saturday versus Boston, he'll finish the year with 23 tallies and 38 helpers to go along with a minus-4 rating.

Stone (upper body) won't play in Tuesday's matchup against the Penguins, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
With nothing but pride to play for, the Sens elected to play it safe with their 61-point winger as he's still feeling the effects from Dustin Byfuglien's hit. Stone's next chance to suit up will be Thursday against Florida.

Stone (upper body) was on the ice for Monday's practice but exited early due to an illness, Ian Mendes of TSN 1200 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone's status for Tuesday's game remains in question for multiple reasons, but the fact that he was on the ice for practice Monday seems to bode well on the injury front. The team should update the 23-yera-old winger's status again on game day, to confirm the nature of his availability against the Penguins.

Stone's (upper body) status for the remaining three games of the regular season will be determined Monday, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone checked out fine, and he's seemingly just sore from a monster hit by Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien on Wednesday. Still, with the Sens out of the playoff picture, it wouldn't be surprising if they played if safe with the 23-year-old. We'll know more Monday about Ottawa's 61-point winger.

Stone (upper body) won't travel with the Sens for road games Thursday against the Wild and Saturday against the Flyers, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Stone -- who has 61 points in 75 games to date -- not available for Thursday's game -- look for Scott Gomez, who last suited up on March 23, to re-enter the Sens' forward mix.

Stone remained in Winnipeg for further evaluation after sustaining an upper-body injury in Thursday's matchup against the Jets, but coach Dave Cameron reiterated that it was not a head ailment, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone returned to the game against Winnipeg after taking a shot from Dustin Byfuglien, but eventually left for good. It wouldn't be surprising if the Sens play it safe with their 60-point winger, but expect an update on his status once it's made available.

Stone has been ruled out of the remainder of Wednesday's game against the Jets with a chest injury.
EDGE Analysis
Stone likely sustained the injury when he was crushed by Winnipeg's Dustin Byfuglien in the second period of Wednesday's contest against the Jets. The 23-year-old winger returned to the ice for another shift shortly after taking the big hit from Byfuglien, but apparently was feeling the effects of the blow between periods. The Senators should provide an update on Stone's status ahead of Thursday's game against Minnesota.

Stone stayed hot Wednesday with Ottawa's only goal in a 3-1 defeat at the hands of the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
Stone now has five goals and 12 assists in his last 15 games, as he has been getting on the scoresheet successfully despite Ottawa's less than ideal results as a team. The 23-year-old took his game to a whole new level after the All-Star Break last season, and history appears to be repeating itself. It wouldn't be surprising to see Stone maintain this offensive surge through the end of the campaign.

Stone notched a shorthanded helper and two hits in Saturday's 5-0 win over Montreal.
EDGE Analysis
Stone was held off the scoresheet in Friday's loss to Buffalo, stopping his six-game point streak. However, the winger wasted no time and impacted the box score for the 12th outing in his last 15. At 59 points on the year, the 23-year-old is having another excellent season for Ottawa, inching towards his second straight 60-plus campaign. If there is anything knock about Stone, it's his minus-5 rating, but owners can live with that.
