Stone (face) will return to the lineup for Monday's contest against the Rangers, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fortunately, Stone's injury didn't hold him out of any action. The former sixth-round pick is operating at a career-best pace on offense, recording nine goals and 24 points in 23 games.

Stone (face) participated in Sunday's skate, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone didn't wear a non-contact jersey, which bodes well for his chances to play Monday against the Rangers. The 26-year-old is dealing with facial swelling after being hit in the face with a puck, but he'll likely be able to tough it out as long as his vision isn't impaired.

Stone was hit in the face by the puck in the third period of Friday's game against the Stars, but the Senators won't have another update on him until the swelling subsides, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Citizen reports.
EDGE Analysis
The fluke play was caused by Stone's own deflection. As noted in this latest report, he was attended to by the medical staff and tried to finish out the game, but the point-packing forward was ultimately forced out of the contest for good midway through the third frame. The Senators don't play again until Monday's clash with the Rangers, but that is a road game, so we'll have to see if Stone takes the team charter to the Big Apple.

Stone netted two goals and three assists in his team's 7-3 blowout win over New Jersey on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Stone has now scored in four straight games, but any time you get five points in a game, it's a truly special night. He's up to 10 points during his hot streak and is a must start in all formats at the moment.

Stone had a pair of assists Thursday in a 4-2 win over Buffalo.
EDGE Analysis
Stone has been pass first through his career, and things don't appear to be much different this season even with Ottawa's personnel changes. He's now recorded four assists in his past five games to get his assist total back above his goal total and reach 10 points on the season. With the Senators scoring fairly regularly, Stone's a solid piece to have in your lineup.

Stone recorded one assist Tuesday in a 4-1 loss at the hands of Boston.
EDGE Analysis
The 26-year-old Stone improved his season point total to seven with Tuesday's helper. Despite the result, Stone has now notched four points in his last two games and remains one of the few consistent offensive threats on Ottawa's roster. The forward will now enjoy two days off before the Senators hit the road to take on the Avalanche.

Stone scored two goals and added a power-play assist in Saturday's 4-3 overtime victory over Montreal.
EDGE Analysis
Stone got his team on the board early in the first period and later picked up a helper on Matt Duchene's game-tying goal in the second. He then scored the overtime winner, giving him three points on the night and six on the season. The 6-foot-4 winger also added two blocks and two hits in Saturday's win.

Stone set up two of the Senators' three goals in a 3-0 win over the Canadiens on Saturday night.
EDGE Analysis
Stone will be counted on to be one of the Sens' big scorers this season. He has delivered more than 60 points in three of his last four seasons, whether the team was good or bad. So, count on Stone to hit that point again this season. Or at least come close.

Stone (leg) will be in the lineup against the Maples Leafs on Wednesday, Steve Lloyd of TSN 1200 Ottawa reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stone missed the final two games of the 2017-18 campaign due to his leg issue, however, seems to be healthy and ready for the upcoming season. Despite playing in just 58 games last year, the winger racked up 62 points and could challenge for the 80-point mark if he can stay healthy.

Stone (leg) avoided arbitration by signing a one-year, $7.35 million contract with Ottawa on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Stone's new deal makes him the highest paid player on the Senators and also gives him the chance to test free agency next season as a UFA. When healthy, the winger notched an impressive 62 points last year, but was limited to just 58 games due to various injuries. If he can stay on the ice, the 25-year-old is certainly capable of registering a fourth 60-plus point campaign in 2018-19.
