Vlasic (undisclosed) took part in pregame warmups and will be active for Wednesday's game against the Senators, Curtis Pashelka of Bay Area News Group reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vlasic was held out of Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Maple Leafs with the mystery ailment but it appears it was nothing serious as he'll return to action after missing just one game. While the 29-year-old blueliner has been averaging top-six minutes all season, he hasn't tallied a point since Nov. 19 and only has seven on the campaign, which makes him a poor play in most fantasy formats.

Vlasic will be sidelined for Tuesday's game with the Maple Leafs as he is dealing with an undisclosed injury, Curtis Pashelka of Bay Area News Group reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Quebec native exited Saturday's contest against the Hurricanes with the unknown ailment and it appears it is serious enough to force him out of some NHL action. The next opportunity for the 29-year-old to draw into the lineup will be Wednesday against the Senators. The blueliner is point-less in his last 10 games so fantasy owners would be wise to look elsewhere even if he was available.

Vlasic will be a game-time decision against the Maple Leafs on Tuesday, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vlasic exited Saturday's contest after just 7:58 of ice time with an undisclosed injury. Despite picking up a few knocks along the way, the blueliner has yet to miss a game this season. If the 29-year-old is unable to give it a go, look for Dylan DeMelo to be the odds on favorite to slot into the lineup.

Vlasic missed the third period of Saturday's game for an undisclosed reason, but he stated Monday that he will play in Tuesday's matchup with the Coyotes, Curtis Pashelka of the San Jose Mercury News reports.
EDGE Analysis
The blueliner remains a vital part of the Sharks attack, though he hasn't gotten off to as strong of a start in 2016. Fortunately, whatever issue forced him out of Saturday's game shouldn't be cause for concern moving forward and Vlasic should be used regularly in both season-long and daily formats.

Vlasic scored his first goal of the year 1:24 into overtime Tuesday, securing a 2-1 win over Anaheim.
EDGE Analysis
The Sharks had been stonewalled to that point by John Gibson, who came on in relief of the injured Jonathan Bernier after the first intermission. That changed in a hurry when Joe Pavelski stole the puck and fed Vlasic, who put it home for just his second point of the young season. The blueliner they call Pickles is coming off a career year, having set a personal best with 39 points, but it'd been slow going for him in the first six games of 2016-17, as he'd managed just a lonely assist. Nonetheless, Vlasic sees heavy usage on the San Jose blue line and should start picking up points with more regularity moving forward, although it wouldn't be a surprise to see him regress from last year's total.

Vlasic dished out an assist in Saturday's 3-2 road win over the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
Vlasic also received a whopping 5:30 of power-play time in this one, which was nearly as much as fantasy stud and fellow blueliner Brent Burns (5:38). After quietly putting up 39 points in 68 games last season -- 10 of which came with the man advantage -- owners are hoping that 2016-17 is finally the year that the 29-year-old gets over the 40-point plateau.

Vlasic scored a goal and added an assist as the Sharks doubled up the Blues 6-3 in Game 5 on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
The man they call "Pickles" got back on the scoresheet after being held pointless in his last four, and is now up to 10 in 17 games this postseason. Before the dry spell, Vlasic enjoyed a five-game point streak in Round 2 against Nashville, so he's been very much an important piece of the Sharks' blue line -- both offensively and defensively -- throughout the playoffs. Also, although offensive dynamo Brent Burns receives the bulk of the fanfare when it comes to San Jose's defense corps, Vlasic leads the team with a plus-12 rating and is a major stabilizing force in front of goaltender Martin Jones.

Vlasic (lower body) will return to action Thursday for Game 1 of San Jose's first-round playoff series against the Kings, NHL.com's Eric Gilmore reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vlasic's return to action couldn't come at a better time for San Jose, as the Sharks will hope that the 29-year-old blueliner can be a key contributor in the team's tough first-round matchup with the Kings. The 2005 second-round pick has been great this season, notching eight goals and 31 assists with a plus-15 rating over 67 games. Those participating in playoff pools should definitely take a look at Vlasic when making their selections.

Vlasic (lower body) says he will "be ready" for Thursday's game 1 matchup with the Kings, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Unless materializes suggesting otherwise, those playing in playoff pools should draft the blueliner as if he was to be healthy for Game 1. The team should update his status as the week progresses, but all signs now point to him playing Thursday.

Vlasic (lower body) has a chance to play in Saturday's regular-season finale against the Coyotes, Curtis Pashelka of the San Jose Mercury News reports.
EDGE Analysis
CSN Bay Area reports that Vlasic returned to the ice for practice last Saturday, adding that the defenseman would prefer to draw into a game before the playoffs begin. Still, it wouldn't be all that surprising if the Sharks don't turn to Pickles until the postseason.
