Best of all, most fantasy managers were able to pick him off the waiver wire as opposed to drafting him after the blistering start.

I think he's a guy who goes out and does the right things to win a shift." Fantasy managers are advised to be patient with Raymond, as he's still very much in contention for the Calder Trophy.
