The Red Wings are not concerned that Raymond has gone 14 consecutive games without a goal, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Raymond was like a wild bull out of the gate, as the prized rookie generated nine goals and 12 assists through the first two months of the season, but he's slowed down considerably, especially in the goal-scoring department. As noted by Khan, the 19-year-old hasn't lit the lamp since Dec. 1, though he does have eight assists since then, and coach Jeff Blashill added, "I think he's been a consistently good player defensively. I think he's a guy who goes out and does the right things to win a shift." Fantasy managers are advised to be patient with Raymond, as he's still very much in contention for the Calder Trophy.
