Quick got back into the win column in impressive fashion Thursday, stopping all 21 shots sent his way in a 3-0 win over Calgary.
EDGE Analysis
Quick's fifth shutout of the season was also just the 30-year-old netminder's second win in his last six starts. He's had some road woes recently -- Quick won only one away game out of five in March -- but the Kings' schedule in the season's waning days is a relatively friendly one. They play three of their five remaining games at home, with the two road matchups relatively easy ones against the sad-sack Flames and Canucks.

Quick will draw the start in goal Thursday against the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Quick's recent starts have been a bit shaky, but he will look to continue his domination of the Flames this season (2-0-0 record, 1.00 GAA, .957 save percentage) in his third start against the opposition. He almost dodged a bullet with Johnny Gaudreau (upper body) recently sidelined, but the star winger will return Thursday. Still, there's reason for optimism despite the star netminder's recent struggles.

Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider relays that Quick appears likely to start Thursday's home game against the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
The report falls short of confirming the assignment, so those inclined to roll with Quick in Thursday lineups will want to check in closer to game-time to see if he draws the start against a Calgary team that fell to the Ducks by an 8-3 score on Wednesday.

Quick is in line to start Monday's road game against the Sharks, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though he allowed four goals on 29 shots on Saturday, Quick was able to snap a three-game slide in a 6-4 Kings' win over the Oilers. On Monday, he's slated to face a Sharks squad that has dropped three straight home games.

Quick stopped 25 of 29 shots in Saturday's win over the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
While it wasn't his best night, the Kings scored six goals to help the netminder pick up his first win in four contests. Quick has struggled of late, giving up 12 goals in his last four appearances, but he owns a 38-20-4 record overall with a .918 save percentage. We all know how good he can be, so now that he's back in the win column, look for him to snap out of this recent funk.

Quick was the first goalie on the ice for pregame warmups and will be in the crease Saturday against the Oilers, Dennis Bernstein of TheFourthPeriod.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick will look to reverse a three-game losing streak Saturday in his matchup with the Oilers, who sport the lowest point total in the Western Conference. In his last outing against Edmonton back on Feb. 25, Quick claimed the victory while stopping 26 of 27 shots.

Since he was first off the ice at morning skate, Quick is expected to get the starting nod Saturday night for a home start against the Oilers, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Kings have already clinched a playoff berth, but with eight games still remaining on the regular-season schedule, it makes sense to keep giving him work, especially with the Pacific Division Title up for grabs. Quick has been his typical stellar self this season, having recorded a 37-20-4 record, 2.18 GAA and .919 save percentage.

Quick allowed three goals on 23 shots in Thursday's 4-1 loss to Winnipeg.
EDGE Analysis
This was supposed to be Quick's game to bounce back, but instead the netminder picked up his third straight loss. In that span, the 30-year-old has given up eight goals and registered a paltry .883 save percentage. Quick needs to turn things around as the Kings prepare for a (hopeful) lengthy playoff run.

Quick will guard the crease Thursday against the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Quick was the expected starter after leaving the morning session first, and that will indeed be the case. His last two outings have resulted in losses, but he'll get a nice matchup Thursday to turn things around in Winnipeg versus a Jets club averaging just 2.25 goals per game in March.
