Nonetheless, the flashy rookie now has goals in four of his last six games, finding twine seven times during that span, and is up to 13 on the year to go with 18 assists, an impressive plus-11 rating and 77 SOG. Gaudreau supplied a goal and an assist while skating to a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Panthers. The rookie just keeps rolling along, as he now has 12 points in 15 games. He's one of the smallest players in the league and is still green to NHL hockey, but Gaudreau has terrific pedigree and should have a good chance at maintaining this pace of production all season long. As long as the surprising Flames don't regress too much from their current high-scoring ways, of course.
