Garrison was ruled out from returning to Saturday's game against the Red Wings due to an upper-body injury, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Garrison skated just two shifts and logged 0:41 of ice time before departing. He should be considered questionable ahead of Monday's game in Montreal until the Lightning issue further word on the severity of his injury.

Garrison left Saturday's game against the Red Wings in the first period after crashing into the boards, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Garrison was able to skate off the ice under his own power, but was sent to the locker room immediately. He hasn't been ruled out of Saturday's game just yet, and should be viewed as day-to-day until the team issues an update on his condition.

Garrison potted the game-winning goal in Sunday's 5-3 victory over the Bruins. With four goals and 30 points over 67 games, Garrison is scoring at a similar rate to what he posted in Vancouver a season ago, but his fantasy value has still noticed a sizable jump in Tampa Bay due to a sterling plus-28 rating. That rating puts him sixth in the league, and tops among all defensemen.

Garrison picked up an assist on Tuesday in a 1-0 win over Montreal. He now has seven points -- all assists -- in his last nine games. It's an interesting change for the heavy-shooting defender, who went from 16 goals in 2011-12 to just three this year. But he's playing a steady game for the Bolts and that's just what they need from him.

Garrison's assist in Sunday's loss to Florida gives him six points -- all assists -- in his last seven games. He had 20 points in his previous 51 outings, so this is a bit like winning the lottery for his owners. Take advantage of this run, but don't expect this kind of windfall to last too much longer.

Garrison set up a pair of goals in Friday's 4-0 shutout of the visiting Blackhawks. The big d-man set up both of Steven Stamkos' tallies in this one, grabbing the primary assist on each. Garrison has four points in the last four games and appears to be fully recovered from the lower body injury that kept him out of two matches on Feb. 7 and 8.

Garrison (lower body) will likely rejoin the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Predators, the Tampa Tribune reports. After missing a pair of games over the weekend, Garrison took part in Tuesday's morning skate. There hasn't been any indication that his injury is serious, so a quick return to action would not be all that surprising.

Garrison (lower body) won't play in Sunday's game against the Ducks, Bryan Burns of the team's official site reports. Garrison was initially considered questionable for Sunday's game after missing Saturday due to the injury, but it appears the issue is serious enough to cost him multiple contests. His next chance to return will come Tuesday against the Predators, though practice over the next couple days should provide a minor indicator heading into the game.

Garrison (lower body) will not play in Saturday's game against the Kings and is considered questionable to suit up Sunday against the Ducks, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Coach Jon Cooper indicated that he didn't think Garrison's absence would be "extremely long-term." In any event, his unavailability leaves the Bolts will just six healthy blueliners, which could prompt the team to call up an extra defenseman from AHL Syracuse in the interim. The Bolts will check in on Garrison's status Sunday morning, but since he wasn't able to skate Saturday, his chances of being ready to play don't appear promising.
