Garrison (lower body) will not play Friday's away game against the Red Wings and is considered day-to-day, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
With just one point in his last 11 contests, Garrison doesn't provide enough offensive upside from the blue line to be a suitable option in most fantasy formats. It remains to be seen as to who will take Garrison's spot on the second defensive pairing, but Braydon Coburn seems to be as good a candidate as any.

Garrison won't return to Thursday's game in Boston due to a lower-body injury.
EDGE Analysis
The blueliner isn't much of a fantasy threat with only nine points in 68 games, but his 18:50 per game would be a massive void in the Tampa Bay depth chart if he misses time. More about his status should come out after the game or after practice Friday.

Garrison, who has one year left on a $4.6 million contract, could be traded by the deadline.
EDGE Analysis
Garrison has a no-movement clause, which means he'll need to be protected in the expansion draft. Garrison's offensive production has slowed to a near trickle -- he has just one goal and seven points in 56 games -- so, his contract is far too high to pay a guy best suited for third pairing duty. The Bolts would be loathe to lose a young player on his account.

Garrison (illness) is expected to suit up Thursday night against the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
A fearless defender, Garrison has racked up 56 hits and 61 blocked shots this campaign, so he'll be welcomed back with open arms; the struggling Bolts will face a Panthers team that is only one point ahead of them in the Atlantic Division standings.

Garrison (illness) is a scratch for Tuesday night's showdown in Chicago.
EDGE Analysis
Garrison is apparently not well enough to suit up Tuesday, and so will miss his second consecutive game to the bug. Jake Dotchin is likely to see more ice time while Garrison remains out sick.

Garrison (illness) is a game-time decision for Tuesday night's road matchup with the Blackhawks, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Garrison has only missed one game due to his sickness and even if he doesn't suit up Tuesday, the game-time decision designation makes it highly likely that he'll be back by Thursday for a road game against the Panthers. The 32-year-old is riding an 11-game point drought and isn't likely to help in most fantasy formats, aside from maybe those that reward hits.

Garrison will miss Saturday's game against the Coyotes with an illness, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fortunately for Tampa, Victor Hedman is returning after missing three games with an illness of his own. With Garrison now day-to-day, it could mean more minutes for Brayden Coburn.

Garrison (knee) will play Thursday night against the Canucks, Sportsnet's Dan Murphy reports.
EDGE Analysis
Garrison's ice time has been in a precipitous decline since averaging as much as 23:42 in the 2011-12 campaign. Consequently, he's seen a dip in production, having only accumulated one goal and two helpers in 25 games this campaign. There won't be many leagues rendering that kind of line useful.

Garrison (knee) is not going to be long term, reports the Tampa Bay Times.
EDGE Analysis
"He took a shot in a spot where there was no pad," coach Jon Cooper said. "Those aren't comfortable. But I don't think it'll be too long term." The Bolts do not play until Thursday, so there's every chance Garrison will be fine by then.

Garrison (knee) remains out of the lineup for Sunday's matchup with the Hurricanes.
EDGE Analysis
Not much light was shed on the Lightning's lineup Sunday prior to the opening faceoff, but it appears the knee issue that held him out of Saturday's skate will also keep him from dressing for a second straight contest. More information about a potential timeline for return should surface in the coming days, but his next chance to dress arrives Thursday against the Canucks.
