Muzzin scored a goal and added an assist in Thursday's 7-1 win over the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
The blueliner is now up to 41 points in 72 game this year, which ties his career high from 2014-15. Muzzin likely won't hit the 50-point plateau with 10 games remaining, but he's one of several Kings enjoying a resurgence this year and has a shot at landing within the top 20 highest-scoring defensemen in the league. That type of production makes him an asset in just about every format.

Muzzin posted an assist during a 7-2 defeat to St. Louis on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
After lighting up the scoresheet with a three point game Feb. 3, Muzzin's cooled off considerably, only pitching in four assists during his last 16 games. Since Los Angeles acquired Dion Phaneuf, Muzzin has also seen his ice time drop to 19:39 compared to his 21:59 season average, and although that's just a 12 game sample size, it's certainly a trend to keep an eye on. Still, Muzzin has maintained his role on the first power-play unit, and with 36 points (six goals, 30 assists) in 65 games, he sits just five tallies back of his career high of 41 he posted in 2014-15.

Muzzin scored a power-play goal and had two assists at even strength in Saturday's win over the Coyotes.
EDGE Analysis
Muzzin has been a force on the first man-advantage unit of late, scoring three times in his last six games. The workhorse blueliner is having the best offensive season of his career and is up to six goals and 32 points in 49 games. He contributes in almost every fantasy category and makes for a terrific well-rounded fantasy blueliner across all formats.

Muzzin has marked the scoresheet in six of seven games since returning from injured reserve Jan. 18.
EDGE Analysis
With Drew Doughty garnering the headlines, Muzzin often flies under the radar. However, the 28-year-old defenseman shouldn't. He's collected five goals, 24 assists, 104 shots, 30 PIM, 116 hits, 91 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating this season, after all. The cross-category production makes Muzzin an extremely valuable asset, and he could be undervalued in plenty of fantasy circles.

As expected, the Kings activated Muzzin (undisclosed) from injured reserve Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old blueliner has missed the Kings' last three games due to an undisclosed injury, but he's evidently now back to 100 percent, and will return to his role skating on LA's second line and second power-play unit against the Penguins on Thursday. Muzzin's owners should plan on slotting him back into their lineups immediately, as he's been a steady source of offense from the blue line this campaign, notching three goals and 23 points in 41 contests.

Muzzin (undisclosed) is expected to rejoin the lineup Thursday against the Penguins, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.
EDGE Analysis
Muzzin's absence dates back to Jan. 4 against the Flames, after which he was later deemed "a little banged up" with an injury that has kept him out since. The blueliner appears to be on the cusp of a return after missing three games over a two-week span. Upon his return, he should retake his role on the man advantage and will attempt to continue his successful start tot he campaign, owning 23 points (three goals, 20 assists) and a plus-9 rating through 41 games played this season.

Muzzin (undisclosed) will not be in action against the Sharks on Monday, Jon Rosen of Fox Sports West reports.
EDGE Analysis
Muzzin remains on injured reserve and will miss his third straight outing due to his undisclosed ailment. Christian Folin will continue to deputize in the 28-year-old's stead, although Derek Forbort could also see an uptick in ice time.

Muzzin was back on the ice at the end of morning skate Saturday, but Kings coach John Stevens has deemed the two-way defenseman "doubtful" for Saturday's home game against the Ducks, Jon Rosen of Fox Sports West reports.
EDGE Analysis
Muzzin remains on injured reserve and there's nothing to suggest that he'll have that designation lifted in time to play Saturday. Besides, with a 10:30 p.m. ET start time, most daily fantasy lineups will lock before then. We implore you to line up alternatives in the likely event that Muzzin sits out for a second consecutive game. Oscar Fantenberg and Christian Folin should see an uptick in minutes until the former is ready to return.

Muzzin was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Jon Rosen of LA Kings Insider reports.
EDGE Analysis
Muzzin was considered a game-time call for Saturday's contest and he's believed to be dealing with a minor issue. The team thus placed him on IR with a bye week ahead for the club, allowing the blueliner to rejoin the action for Los Angeles' next contest Jan. 13 against the Ducks. Christian Folin (lower body) was activated off injured reserve Saturday and should replace him in the lineup.

Muzzin (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision for Saturday's matchup with the Predators, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Muzzin is reportedly "a little banged up," so his availability for Saturday evening's match won't be determined until pregame warmups. If he's unable to go, Kevin Gravel will slot into the lineup against the Predators.
