Andersen stopped 24 of 25 shots before allowing two goals in the shootout in Monday's loss to the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
Despite the loss, it was another strong performance for Andersen, as he's now turned aside 66 of the 69 shots he's faced this year. The offense has produced just one goal in front of him in those two contests though, so he's yet to make his impact in the win column despite the impressive rate stats.

Andersen was the first off the ice and is expected to start Monday against the Canucks, Elliott Teaford of the Los Angeles News Group reports.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen put together a strong performance in the season opener, turning aside 42 shots but was on the losing end as his mates couldn't find the back of the net. He'll look to build on that start and get his first win of the season Monday.

Andersen stopped 42 of 44 shots in the Ducks loss to the Sharks on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Andersen was arguably the best Duck on the ice as he kept his team in it for much of the game. Unfortunately, it's difficult to win when your team doesn't manage to get one past the opposing net minder as the Ducks failed to do on Saturday night. While losing is disappointing, it's hard for Andersen owners to not be encouraged for the remainder of the season based on his performance Saturday. Andersen and the Ducks' next shot at getting win number one comes on Monday as they play host to the Vancouver Canucks.

Andersen will get the start in net Saturday against the Sharks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson will look to start the 2015-16 season with a strong performance against San Jose in Saturday's season opener. The 26-year-old netminder was solid for the Ducks last season, posting a 35-12-5 record with a 2.38 GAA and .914 save percentage.

Andersen allowed five goals on 26 shots in Saturday's season-ending Game 7 loss to Chicago. A rough night for Andersen, who was beat twice by Blackhawks' clutch captain Jonathan Toews. While the 25-year-old goalie had a good postseason overall, he allowed at least four goals in his final four playoff games, dropping his save percentage to .913. Although his individual stats may not be mind-blowing, Andersen's 11 wins this postseason and 35 victories in the regular season will make him a very attractive fantasy option once again heading into the 2015-16 season.

Andersen will be in the net for Saturday's Game 7 against the Blackhawks, Lance Pugmire of the Los Angeles Times reports. After containing Chicago to five goals in the first three games of the Western Conference finals, Andersen has been much more yielding in the past three, stopping 77-of-90 shots on goal (85.6 percent). The teams have alternated wins and losses in the series, but a return to earlier form would do wonders for the Ducks' fortunes with the season on the line.

Andersen allowed four goals on 22 shots in Wednesday's Game 6 loss in Chicago. Although this was Andersen's first regulation loss of the postseason, questions have arisen regarding his play in the past few games. Andersen is sporting a weak .856 save percentage in the past three contests against the Blackhawks, where he's been beaten 13 times. While Andersen is not necessarily in danger of losing the crease, he will certainly need to turn in a better performance if his Ducks are to have any hope of winning Saturday's decisive Game 7.

Andersen will be between the pipes for Wednesday's Game 6 against the Blackhawks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Andersen was dreadful in Monday's Game 5, allowing 24 goals on only 28 shots, but with the Ducks managing to secure the win, coach Bruce Boudreau won't consider a change in goal. Though his performance has cratered a bit in the Western Conference Finals, Andersen owns a respectable 2.06 GAA and .925 save percentage overall on the postseason.

Andersen stopped 24 of 28 shots in Monday's Game 5 win in OT over the Blackhawks. The Ducks raced out to a 3-0 lead in the first period and held a 4-2 advantage with under two minutes to go, but Andersen allowed a goal on a Jonathan Toews shot from nearly behind the net to force the game into the extra period. Andersen and the Ducks ended up pulling out the win, but the 25-year-old has now turned in consecutive sub-par performances as he's allowed nine goals on 68 shots in the past two games. Nonetheless, he'll have a chance to end the series and advance to the Stanley Cup Finals in Wednesday's Game 6.

Andersen will be in the crease for Monday's Game 5 against the Blackhawks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports. Though the .875 save percentage Andersen posted in Saturday's Game 4 double-overtime loss was his lowest mark of the postseason, coach Bruce Boudreau only appears to be pondering changes to his forward and defensive ranks for Game 5. Andersen has been dynamite on his home ice during these playoffs, going 6-1 while allowing no more than three goals in any match.
