Duncan Keith has been on the ice for 11 goals against in the Blackhawks' last two games.
The normally reliable Keith has a minus eight rating in the Hawks' two blowout losses in Alberta this weekend. "Right now, it seems like every little mistake we make it's in the back of our net and we're making a lot of mistakes," Keith said. "We all as a team need to focus on committing to playing the right way and the way we know how to play. We have to. The last two games have been embarrassing. The only thing we can do is try and learn from it and move on." The Hawks lost 5-2 the Flames Friday and were blown out by the Oilers 9-2 Saturday night.

Duncan Keith did not have his best game of the season on Friday as he was minus-four in a 5-2 loss to Calgary.
Keith is now plus-five on the season and should end the year as one of the NHL's top plus/minus player so it seems that Friday's effort was an anomaly. Keith has two goals and 12 points in 17 games this season with a single minor penalty. He has been hot of late in the scoring department with a goal and five assists during a five game scoring streak. He should be active in your fantasy lineup.

Duncan Keith got his first goal of the season on Friday in his third game since returning from a hand injury.
He also picked up an assist on Thursday to give him eight points in 14 games this season. Chicago is looking for more offense from their back end, especially from Keith who appears to be turning a corner with his overall game by posting a plus-5 rating in his past two contests. "It's part of our game that needs to be there," Keith said. "It's important that we stay on that and help contribute. It's not just to get points, but the main thing is just keeping plays alive and having good gaps and supporting our forwards."
