Anderson evened his season record at 7-7-0 with this unexpected win, but he remains tough to trust in fantasy.

With just six victories on the year, the veteran netminder is in danger of missing the 15-win threshold for the third consecutive season. Anderson will be 41 years of age heading into free agency this summer, so it's safe to wonder if this could be it for his 19-year NHL career.

Buffalo never led in the game despite out-shooting Dallas 40-31, but Jake Oettinger was able to come up with the big stops that Anderson couldn't. The Sabres netminder has lost four straight starts and five of his last six, and on the season he's saddled with a 3.01 GAA and .905 save percentage.

Anderson will guard the road cage during Sunday's matchup with the Stars.
