Anderson (lower body) hopes to suit up for Thursday's road game against the Panthers, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
This effectively rules Anderson out of Tuesday's away game against the Hurricanes. The veteran goalie reportedly is making "strong improvements" in his recovery from a lower-body injury that he sustained in a game March 1 and caused him to miss the last three contests. Of course, at this point, he's no lock to start in his first game upon returning.

Anderson (lower body) will join the Senators for their upcoming road trip on Tuesday and Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Dave Cameron has yet to name a start for Tuesday against the Hurricanes, which means Anderson could be ready to go. Even if the netminder doesn't suit up against Carolina, the fact that he traveled with the team bodes well for him to see action on Thursday barring a setback. The 34-year-old has missed the last three outings for Ottawa, but was excellent in his previous 10 contests, as he posted a 6-3-0 record along with a .932 save percentage. Anderson would definitely be worth a look for your fantasy lineups when he returns to the ice.

Anderson (lower body) was on ice for an optional skate Friday and hopes to return next week, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
This almost certainly rules Anderson out for Saturday's matchup against Toronto, as well as Sunday's versus the Stars. Backup Andrew Hammond allowed four goals in Thursday's loss to Tampa Bay, and with Ottawa fighting to keep their playoff hopes alive, the 34-year-old starting netminder would be welcomed back as soon as he's ready.

Anderson (lower body) will undergo additional testing, but for now remains day-to-day, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson suffered an awkward spill in the second period of Tuesday's shootout loss to the Blues, but it appears the injury may not be as serious as some initially thought. Even if the netminder were to miss an extended period of time, Andrew Hammond came into the game and was spectacular, saving all 17 shots that came his way. The Hamburglar could be worth a look if Anderson's ailment is tabbed serious. Keep an eye out for an update on the Sens' starter.

Anderson was removed from Tuesday's game during the second period due to a lower-body injury.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson logged 33:41 of ice time Tuesday and gave up three goals on 31 shots faced before exiting with the injury. He was replaced by backup netminder Andrew Hammond. The 34-year-old veteran Anderson can be considered day-to-day for now. His next chance to return to the lineup will come Thursday when Ottawa hosts Tampa Bay.

This will be Anderson's first time facing St. Louis this season. In fact, the veteran backstop has only faced them seven times in his career with a poor 3.29 GAA and .904 save percentage against the men in blue.

Anderson stopped 34 of 38 shots in Saturday's win over the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
While Anderson gave up four goals in the first two periods, he was able to fend off the Flames in the final frame, helping Ottawa pull off a comeback victory. The 34-year-old has been excellent of late, picking up wins in five of his last six games and stopping 30-plus shots in seven straight outings. Anderson is now 27-20-4 on the season with a .917 save percentage, making him worth starting in fantasy whenever Ottawa is in action.

Anderson will start on the road Saturday night opposite the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson heads between the pipes for his seventh consecutive start. The 34-year-old has allowed more than two goals in a game just once over his last five outings.

Anderson allowed four goals on 35 shots in a 5-3 loss to the Canucks on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
After rattling off four wins in his last four starts, with a stellar 1.44 GAA during that streak, Anderson has certainly fallen back down to earth with this loss. As we near the end of the month here, the 34-year-old netminder has compiled a 6-5-0 record. His main problem is that he is very streaky, as his last win streak was just the third time he's won three or more games in a row all season. It may be a good idea to see how he bounces back from this loss before trying to rely on him too much here down the stretch.

Anderson will get the start in goal in Thursday's road game against the Canucks, Dean Brown of TSN 1200 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson has been on fire of late, posting a 4-0-0 record with an outstanding 1.44 GAA and .955 save percentage in his last four outings. The 34-year-old netminder will look to keep his impressive run going Thursday in a highly favorable road matchup with a Vancouver club averaging just 2.32 goals per game at home this season, 27th in the NHL.
