Anderson led his team out to warmups and will start against Boston on Saturday, Joe Haggerty of CSNNE.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran backstop had a strong performance in Game 1, stopping 23 of 25 shots, but the Sens lost the opener 2-1. Both goals came in the third period, and Anderson didn't have much defensive help on either. Coming off two days of rest, Anderson is a solid option in daily fantasy as he hasn't let up more than two goals in any of his last four starts, including the regular season. This is starting to look like it could be a low-scoring series, which should bode well for the 35-year-old's fantasy value.

Anderson saved 23 of 25 shots during Wednesday's Game 1 loss to Boston.
EDGE Analysis
The Senators entered the final frame with a 1-0 lead but couldn't hold off the Bruins. Both goals were from the slot, and Anderson wasn't at fault on either tally. There is potential for these two clubs to continue playing low-scoring games, so Anderson has upside to be a solid daily option, especially if this turns into a back-and-forth series.

Anderson has been named the starting goaltender for Wednesday's series premiere against the Bruins, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.
EDGE Analysis
After the Sens clinched a postseason spot Thursday, Anderson was afforded the luxury of resting for the final game of the regular season. Anderson went 4-0-0 against the Bruins this season, including a 2-1 win in Boston on Thursday. The veteran netminder had a phenomenal regular season, going 25-11-4 with a 2.28 GAA and .926 save percentage, and there's no reason to believe he'll slow down in the playoffs.

Anderson's gear remained in his stall after Saturday's game, likely meaning he will not accompany the team for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Islanders, Brent Wallace of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Anderson behind in Canada's capital city the Senators are likely to recall Chris Driedger from the minors to either serve as backup to Mike Condon, or perhaps even start. Either way, avoid Anderson in all DFS leagues.

Anderson will start in goal Saturday for a home matinee against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson gets the draw for the last game in Ottawa before the playoffs begin. He's built a wall between the pipes with the puck going past it just once over 53 shots in wins over the Red Wings and Bruins, respectively.

Anderson stopped 28 of 29 shots through 65 minutes Thursday, then three more in the shootout for a 2-1 road win over Boston.
EDGE Analysis
Drew Stafford got him on a first-period power play, but Anderson was perfect from there on out, taking away a huge win in a game with major playoff implications. The Sens are now a point up on the Bruins, and they have two games left to Boston's one, so they're in great shape. This weekend brings back-to-back games against both New York teams -- a Rangers squad that's taking it easy en route to the playoffs and an Islanders team that's lost John Tavares for the year. If necessary, it's quite conceivable that Anderson will be in net for both, but the Sens would surely prefer him to get some rest ahead of their postseason run.

Anderson will defend the cage for Thursday's clash in Boston, Dean Brown of TSN 1200 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Thursday is a huge game for Anderson and the Senators, as with a win they'll guarantee themselves a spot in the postseason while creating a gap over Boston for second place in the Atlantic Division. Ottawa will be without captain Erik Karlsson (undisclosed) and dressing an inexperienced defensive corps, but Anderson is 3-0-0 against the Bruins this season and coming off a shutout win Tuesday. With a 23-11-4 record, 2.35 GAA, and .925 save percentage in 38 games this campaign, Anderson would surely be in the Vezina Trophy conversation if not for missing a large chunk of the season to tend to a personal matter.

Anderson pitched a 24-save shutout against the visiting Red Wings on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
The brilliant performance vaulted the Senators into a tie with the Bruins for second place in the Atlantic Division. Anderson preserved his fifth shutout of the season with a huge save on a point-blank blast from defenseman Niklas Kronwall early in the third period. While it came against a Red Wings team that has struggled for most of the season, Anderson really needed this stellar outing after going winless in the prior four contests.

Anderson will start in goal for Tuesday night's home matchup with the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
Anderson draws his second start in as many days despite some poor play of late -- over his last four starts, the 35-year-old has allowed 14 goals, recorded a .881 save percentage, and has not been able to come away with a win. He'll look to turn it around against a Detroit squad that ranks 20th in the NHL with an average of 2.40 goals per game on the road.

Anderson allowed four goals on 33 shots during Monday's shootout loss to Ottawa.
EDGE Analysis
Ottawa scored three third-period goals to push the game to overtime, and Anderson saved six of seven shootout attempts, but it wasn't enough to snap his losing skid. The Sens have now lost nine of their past 11 games, including all five contests during a five-game road trip that wrapped up Monday. The run doesn't bode well for Anderson through the end of regular season and has put a playoff berth in jeopardy.
