Miller (unspecified issue) was evaluated by doctors following Tuesday's win over the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
While the Bruins have yet to update Miller's status, the Boston Herald relays that the blueliner went to the dressing room in the third period of Tuesday's contest after Ryan Reaves of the Blues fell on his left knee. Miller did, however, return to action afterward, logging 15:01 worth of ice time overall. To date, Miller has recorded three goals and six points in 34 games, numbers that don't parallel the upside on offense he possesses due to his hard shot and swift skating ability,

Miller was scratched for Thursday's game against the Wild.
EDGE Analysis
For the second game in a row, Miller sat out in favor of Joe Morrow. Through 15 games, Miller has recorded one goal and two points, to go along with a minus-6 rating. When he's on, Miller's shot and skating ability are assets, but so far this season, he's failed to get into a consistent groove on the B's blue line. Once Kevan Miller returns to the mix, the Bruins may be forced to make some tough roster choices, with Colin Miller and Morrow both needing to pass through waivers in order to be sent down to the AHL.

Miller scored his first goal of the season in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to Montreal.
EDGE Analysis
Through 13 games, the hard-shooting blueliner has just two points, which leaves him off the fantasy radar for now, especially if he doesn't see power play duty, which he didn't Tuesday.

Miller saw 20:57 worth of ice time in Thursday's 6-3 win over Columbus.
EDGE Analysis
Miller, who saw 1:08 worth of power play time in the game, did not record a point in the season opener and remains a speculative play in fantasy until he solidifies his role with the 2016-17 Bruins. When Miller plays with confidence and is able to minimize his defensive lapses, the 23-year-old's blazing shot and strong skating ability are assets to the Bruins' blue line.

Miller signed a two-year, $2 million contract extension with the Bruins on Thursday, WEEI.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Miller landed a part-time NHL gig as a rookie in 2015-16, having recorded three goals with 13 assists in 42 games. The 23-year-old rearguard also contributed five helpers on the power play. Miller is an intriguing option for the B's -- he skates well, has a pretty good shot, and scans the ice on the fly. Now that he's completed his entry-level contract, expect the skilled defender to take a big leap forward next season.

The Bruins have assigned Miller to AHL Providence.
EDGE Analysis
Miller, who logged 42 games with the big club in 2015-16, recording three goals and 16 points in the process, will finish up the season with Providence, where he can gain some added pro experience through ample ice time that should serve him well in advance of his attempt to secure a full-time role with the big club in 2016-17. When the 23-year-old blueliner's confidence doesn't waver and he is able to avoid costly turnovers, he's an upside play whose shot and skating ability are assets to the Bruins' attack.

Miller is slated to join the Bruins' lineup Tuesday against the Hurricanes, CSN New England reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Dennis Seidenberg ailing and the Bruins coming off a 6-4 loss to Chicago on Sunday, it looks like Joe Morrow and Zach Trotman will be cycled out of the Bruins' blue line mix Tuesday, with Miller's speed and shot hopefully providing the unit with a needed spark as the team pushes to secure a playoff bid.

Miller has been recalled by the Bruins.
EDGE Analysis
Miller adds depth to a Boston blue line that has been dealing with injuries to Dennis Seidenberg and Kevan Miller, though it's unclear if he'll be in the team's lineup for Tuesday night's game against the Hurricanes. In previous stints with the B's this season, Miller has notched three goals and 15 points in 39 games with the big club. When the 23-year-old blueliner is on his game and is able to avoid costly turnovers, he's an upside play, whose shot and wheels are assets to the Bruins' attack.

The Bruins have assigned Miller to AHL Providence, the Boston Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
Miller has logged a 3-12-15 line in 39 games with the big club to date, to go along with a plus-2 rating. We'd expect the 23-year-old to be back with Boston before long, but some quality ice time at the AHL level, for any length of time, should help the speedy, hard-shooting blueliner boost his all-around game in advance of his next recall.

Miller was scratched for Saturday's game against the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
Replacing Miller (who has not recorded a point in his last four games) in the B's blue line mix Saturday was Joe Morrow. Miller, who has notched three goals and 11 points in 34 games to date, still has some work to do on his all-around game, but thanks to his skating ability and booming slap shot, he should be back in the team's lineup before long.
