Dvorak made the 23-man roster to begin the season.
EDGE Analysis
The 20-year-old freshman will likely be eased into the league with sheltered minutes in a third-line role starting out. Dvorak owns ample offensive upside and is coming off a monster 121-point campaign in the Ontario Hockey League. Just expect the peaks and valleys that typically accompany rookies, especially since Arizona is filled with similarly talented youngsters and is likely eyeing another losing campaign this year.

Dvorak will be out of the lineup against the Sharks on Friday with a lower-body injury, Sarah McLellan of the Arizona Republic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Dave Tippett described the malady as day-to-day, which indicates Dvorak should be ready to go for Opening Night, but fantasy owners will want to continue monitoring the situation as the start of the season approaches. If healthy, the 20-year-old will be making his NHL debut after three years playing for the London Knights in the OHL that included a 2015-16 campaign in which he garnered 52 goals and 69 assists in just 59 outings. It appears the rookie will slot into the third line, but could challenge for top-six minutes and significantly increase his fantasy value.

Dvorak netted his first preseason goal Wednesday night, but it wasn't enough as the Coyotes lost to the Flames in overtime, 2-1.
EDGE Analysis
Dvorak is a top prospect for the 'Yotes, having been selected in the second round of the 2014 draft. After putting up an otherworldly 52 goals and 69 assists with OHL London last season, he turned heads in rookie camp and has shown this preseason that he's unfazed by the fast-paced nature of the NHL game. Dvorak has one goal and a pair of assists in four exhibition games, putting him in serious contention for a spot on the Opening Night roster. Arizona is loaded with similarly talented prospects, so he can't afford to let up.

Dvorak scored five times and added an assist in OHL London's 9-2 win over Guelph on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
After scoring seven goals in his first 12 games, Dvorak nearly matched that total in one night. Four of the goals came on the power play and Dvorak also tallied four times in the second period alone. Overall, Dvorak now has 28 points in his first 14 games this year.

Dvorak racked up four assists in OHL London's 6-3 win over Windsor on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
With 19 points in his first 11 games, Dvorak is off to another fast start for the Knights. The 2014 second round pick should be on the United States World Junior team this coming December. Dvorak has quietly turned himself into one of the better prospects in the league.

Dvorak had a goal and two assists in London's (OHL) 6-5 overtime win over Ottawa on Friday. The 2014 second-round-pick now has 41 goals and 106 points in 61 games this year for London. He managed just 14 points in 33 games last season. You always worry about it being a bit of a fluke when a player's numbers jump as much as Dvorak's have this season, but there's no evidence that's the case here. He has elite speed and is a fairly responsible player for a kid who just turned 19-years-old in February.
