Stewart lit the lamp, adding an assist and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Predators in Game 3.
EDGE Analysis
Stewart missed quite a few games during the regular season due to a jaw injury, and once he returned, the winger didn't look quite the same (two points in nine appearances). In just 7:13 of ice time Tuesday, the 28-year-old essentially had one of his best outings of the year, and it came in a must-win situation for the Ducks. Stewart has now reached 10 points in his playoff career.

Stewart (jaw) has been taken of injured reserve and is ready to return against the Senators on Saturday, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stewart has been out since mid-February after suffering a broken jaw but will look to pick up right where he left off. Prior to his injury, the winger has tallied two goals and four helpers in his previous 10 matchups, while also adding 31 PIM and 18 shots on net. If the 28-year-old retakes his spot on the Ducks' second power-play unit, it could make him a decent low price option for your daily lineups.

Stewart (jaw) traveled to Toronto on Thursday to join the Ducks for the remainder of the team's five-game road trip, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stewart has been out since Feb. 13 with a fractured jaw, but Thursday's news indicates he's likely on the verge of returning to action. The 28-year-old winger was averaging 1:01 of ice time per game on the man advantage before missing time due to injury, and could reprise his role on the Ducks' second power-play unit upon his return to the lineup. Expect an update on Stewart's status once he's set to return to game action.

Stewart's medical examination revealed a fractured jaw and he is expected to miss four-to-eight weeks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stewart was struck on the side of the face during a fight in Thursday's game against the Blue Jackets and was subsequently sent back to Anaheim for further evaluation. X-rays revealed a displaced fracture on one side of his jaw and he will have his jaw wired shut. He will miss at least one month, meaning there could be more available ice time for the recently recalled Nick Ritchie.

Stewart (jaw) traveled back to Anaheim for further examination, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stewart was caught with a strong right during his bout with Columbus' Dalton Prout on Thursday, and the team suspects that Stewart suffered a broken jaw. Stewart has continued to regress this season, recording eight goals and 18 points in 47 games. Nick Ritchie has been recalled to give the Ducks a full compliment of forwards.

Stewart exited Thursday's game in the third period with an upper-body injury and won't return.
EDGE Analysis
Stewart reportedly tussled with Dalton Prout late in the second period, resulting in both starting the third period in the penalty box. A shell of his former self, the veteran forward has just 17 points through 46 games this season, but he did post an assist prior to leaving and now has four points in the last six contests. The top line has been clicking lately, so it would be a shame for the Stewart and his linemates if the injury forces him to miss some time.

Stewart scored on a penalty shot in Tuesday's 4-1 victory over Philadelphia.
EDGE Analysis
The gritty winger's now 3-for-3 on penalty shots in his career after fooling Steve Mason with a quick shot through the five-hole. Despite what's been a slow year overall, Stewart has been providing an intriguing fantasy package recently, having picked up two goals, three assists, 19 PIM and a plus-6 rating over the last eight games. However, his fourth-line minutes make that sort of production unsustainable.

Stewart hit the scoresheet in both Friday's game against the Canucks and Sunday's game against the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
While they only increased his season total to 12 points, the assists couldn't be bigger for Stewart. He had been healthy scratched in the Ducks' previous four games to make way for Nate Thompson's return to the lineup. If Stewart can continue to put some points up on the board here and there, then he will likely continue to receive playing time as the season wears on.

Stewart scored his sixth of the season in Saturday's win over the Devils.
EDGE Analysis
Six is a nice little total for the man who was brought in to play wing in the bottom half of the Ducks lineup, but with injuries and some struggles to score for the Ducks, Stewart has been moved up and down the lineup more than a few times this season. As of now, he's on the fourth line with Mike Santorelli and Shawn Horcoff, and probably isn't gonna get a whole lot of ice time or opportunities to put up points on a consistent basis.

Stewart scored his first goal in nine games in Friday's overtime loss to the Blackhawks.
EDGE Analysis
We had such hopes for Stewart as he entered V-formation, but his quacking has been a bit off key. He has just four goals and seven points in 23 games this season. He's certainly not worthy of an activation at this point and it's been a long, long time since he showed his power wing potential. Kick Stewart to the waiver curb until he preens his feathers a little bit.
