Point scored a power-play goal in Tuesday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Golden Knights.
EDGE Analysis
Point opened the scoring early in the first period, with Tampa Bay adding another goal late in the middle frame to go up by two scores. Vegas cut the deficit to one before the second intermission, before Valentin Zykov wound up tying the game 5:22 into the final frame to force overtime and eventually a shootout. Point missed the Lightning's previous game with an undisclosed injury.

Point is on the ice for warmup, suggesting he'll return to action Tuesday against Vegas, Erik Erlendsson of Lightning Insider reports.
EDGE Analysis
Point's absence Saturday due to a lower-body injury was precautionary, so it's no surprise that he's able to give it a go after missing just that one game. While owners in season-long formats should definitely get the productive forward back into their lineups immediately, Point will have a hard time living up to his lofty DFS valuation against the stingy Vegas penalty kill (84.2 percent), as a team-high 13 of his 30 goals have come on the power play.

Point (lower body) will be a game-time decision versus Vegas on Tuesday, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The fact that Point could have been in the lineup if it was a playoff game likely bodes well for a short-term absence. If the center does in fact miss a second game due to his lower-body issue, Mathieu Joseph figures to see the biggest uptick in ice time. The 22-year-old Point needs just one more point to match his 2017-18 production (66) and set a new career high.

Point (lower body) is day-to-day after being scratched from Saturday's contest against the Rangers, Bryan Burns of the Lightning's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
As Point was a late scratch, the injury likely isn't too serious and could mostly be precautionary. His next chance to suit up will be Tuesday against the Golden Knights.

Point (undisclosed) will not suit up for Saturday's road contest against the Rangers, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
This injury seemingly came out of nowhere and it's a big blow to the Lightning and fantasy owners alike. Point has racked up 30 goals and 65 points in 51 games this season with a ridiculous 22.3 shooting percentage. More information on his injury should be available after the game.

Point scored a goal and assisted on another in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
In the midst of a truly remarkable contract year, Point became the youngest player (22 years, 310 days old) to score 30 goals in a season, doing so in 48 games. His teammate, Steven Stamkos, accomplished the same feat in 2011-12. Point now has 62 points, and the Lightning will need to make multiple moves in the offseason to free up the cap space required to re-sign him. Point's 2018-19 cap hit is less than a million dollars.

Point recorded two goals and an assist in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Hurricanes. One goal and the assist came on the power play.
EDGE Analysis
Nobody on the Lightning had a single point in the first 51:56 of game time, yet Point still ended up with three by the end of the night. Tampa Bay beat Petr Mrazek twice with the extra man, then Point sealed the win with an empty-netter. With 28 goals and 60 points through 44 games, Point's giving owners all they could have hoped for from the 22-year-old center.

Point recorded a power-play goal and an even-strength assist in Thursday's 6-2 win over the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Point's rise to stardom gives the Lightning a tremendous three-man group of forwards on the power play along with Nikita Kucherov and Steven Stamkos. All three lit the lamp with the extra man in this one, with Point's goal giving him a team-best 24. The aptly named Point also stretched his point streak to eight games with this effort.

Point sealed the overtime win Monday, sinking host Anaheim by a 2-1 margin.
EDGE Analysis
Point received a perfect outlet pass from Nikita Kucherov and then he virtually juked John Gibson out of his skates upon delivering a beautiful backhand deposit -- already his 23rd goal of the season.

Point scored a goal and added an assist in Thursday's 6-5 overtime win over Philadelphia.
EDGE Analysis
Point is on a five-game, eight-point streak that includes seven assists. But the goal snapped a seven-game drought. Point has elevated himself to second on the Lightning's list of scoring leaders (49 points). He remains on pace to crack the 100-point barrier this season.
