Point (leg) will remain sidelined for Tuesday's Game 4 matchup with the Rangers, Arthur Staple of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The fact that coach Jon Cooper has already ruled Point out for Tuesday's contest certainly doesn't bode well for the 26-year-old center returning in this series. Still, the Calgary native has been skating with the team as he tried to work his way back into the lineup. If Point is able to return in the playoffs, he should immediately reclaim a spot in the top-six as well as linking up with one of the power-play units, making him a top-half fantasy target.

Point (leg) will not play in Game 3 against the Rangers on Sunday, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Point hasn't played since injuring his right leg in Game 7 against Toronto in Round 1. He could still return for playoff action, but given that it's already Round 3, time could run out for the 26-year-old to return before next season. Look for another update prior to Game 4 on Tuesday.

Point (leg) may return to the playoffs, but Lightning coach Jon Cooper said he doesn't know when that might be, reports NHL.com.
EDGE Analysis
"He's progressing. We've just got to see," said Cooper. Point, who has four points (two goals, two assists) in seven playoff games, was injured when his right leg twisted as he slid into the wall in Game 7 of Round One against Toronto. It's not known if Point's injury is related to the labrum tear that required surgery in the summer of 2019. There is no timeline for him to resume skating,, but the longer the Bolts go in the postseason, the better the chance Point has to return.

Point (leg) remains on the shelf for Monday's Game 4 matchup with the Panthers, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Point has yet to get onto the ice during the Bolts' second-round series but that hasn't stopped the club from taking a 3-0 series lead with the chance to close things out Monday. If Point is able to return at some point during the postseason, he should be capable of offering top-half fantasy value once restored to his top-six role.

Point (leg) will not play Game 3 on Sunday against visiting Florida, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The teams are in a somewhat unconventional back-to-back scenario with Game 4 happening Monday, which probably puts Point in doubt for that contest, too. There's been no return timeline provided for the 26-year-old, who suffered an injury against Toronto in Game 7 on May 14.

Point (leg) won't play in Thursday's Game 2 versus Florida, Tom Gulitti of NHL.come reports.
EDGE Analysis
Point will miss a second straight contest with his leg injury, but he's still considered day-to-day, so he'll presumably be ready to return at some point during Tampa Bay's second-round matchup with the Panthers. The 26-year-old forward has picked up two goals and four points through seven games this postseason.

Point (leg) is considered doubtful to play in Tuesday's Game 1 matchup with the Panthers but is considered day-to-day, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Point appears to have avoided a serious injury which is certainly good news for the Lightning. Still, the 26-year-old center generated two goals and two assists in the seven-game series versus the Leafs, including three power-play points. Without Point in the lineup Tuesday, Alex Killorn has moved into a second-line role while Nick Paul will slide over to center.

Point suffered an apparent leg in Saturday's Game 7 versus the Maple Leafs, Terry Koshan of The Toronto Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Point, who underwent surgery to repair labral tears in both hips in spring of 2019, suffered the injury late in the first period. His right leg folded awkwardly under him and he grabbed his right groin, and then couldn't put weight on his leg as he headed to the locker room. He tried to gut out one shift early in the second, but couldn't continue beyond that, though Joe Smith of The Athletic reports Point remained on the bench. Barring a remarkable turnaround, the center is likely to finish Saturday's game hurt.

Point logged the game-winning goal and an assist in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
Point assisted on Nikita Kucherov's third-period power-play goal to tie the game at three before burying a loose puck in overtime to force Game 7. The 26-year-old center now has two goals and two assists in the series and 77 points (38 goals and 39 assists) in 72 career playoff games.

Point notched a power-play assist, four shots on goal and two hits in Sunday's 7-3 win over the Maple Leafs in Game 4.
EDGE Analysis
Point had the secondary assist on Corey Perry's second-period tally. Through four playoff contests, Point has managed a goal, a helper, 16 shots on net, nine hits and a minus-4 rating. The Maple Leafs have had mixed results defending the Lightning's top players, though the 26-year-old center has yet to make a significant impact in the series.
