While the Jets have been struggling on the defensive end of late, it hasn't resulted in a dramatic decline in Wheeler's fantasy utility. During the Jets' four-game losing streak, he's compiled a goal, assist, and 16 shots en route to a plus-1 rating.

Wheeler scored a goal in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Blue Jackets. Wheeler's tally came at the 1:08 mark of the first period, and ended up being the game winner. He now has 13 goals and 23 assists in 48 games on the season.

Wheeler set up two goals, bringing his assist total to 23, in Friday's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks. In addition to the 23 apples, Wheeler also has 12 goals, giving him a total of 35 points, 53 PIM and 133 shots on goal in 46 games this season. Along with fellow top-liners Andrew Ladd (38 points) and Bryan Little (36 points), Wheeler has been a monster for the Jets this season, especially in three wins against Chicago in which he's tallied four points -- all of them on the road.

Wheeler scored his 12th goal of the season and added an assist in Saturday's win over Los Angeles. Wheeler now has nine points (three goals) in his last eight games, giving him 32 points in 42 games on the season. With at least one point in 12 of his past 16 outings, Wheeler has gotten himself on track for a 23-goal, 60-point season. He should be in your lineup every night he's in action.

Wheeler stretched his point streak to five games by picking up an assist in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Maple Leafs. Wheeler hasn't submitted any eye-popping performances during that span, but two goals, four assists and a plus-6 rating is helpful enough for anybody. With 29 points in 39 games, Wheeler is on track to surpass the 60-point barrier for the second straight season and third time in four years.

Wheeler had a productive all-around showing in Tuesday's win over the Blackhawks, supplying a goal, assist, five shot attempts, two PIM and two hits. While he doesn't get much fanfare, Wheeler has very quietly surpassed the 60-point mark in his last two full seasons and appears poised to do the same again. He's chugging along with 25 points in 35 games, and isn't afraid to mix it up defensively either, as his 45 PIM and 54 hits on the season would suggest.

Wheeler scored his first goal since Nov. 15, added a shorthanded assist and went plus-2 in Tuesday's win over the Stars. Wheeler's been red-hot over the last three games, picking up the goal as well as five assists and a plus-4 rating. After scoring 28 goals last year, he's off to a much slower pace this season, but his shooting percentage remains a tick lower than his career norm, so Wheeler should start finding the net a bit more regularly as the year goes on.

Wheeler picked up three assists and had five shots on goal in Friday's win over the Avalanche. The three-point outing snapped a four-game scoring drought for Wheeler, who now has eight goals and 19 points in 27 games on the season. While he's on track for another 60-point season, Wheeler has been frustratingly inconsistent this season, being held off the scoresheet 17 different times. While he remains an elite fantasy option, expect the 28-year-old to fall just shy of the career-high 28 goals and 69 points he recorded in 2013-14.

Wheeler didn't score a goal among his five shots Tuesday against Columbus, but did pick up two assists and a plus-2 rating. That's three helpers in two games for Wheeler on the heels of a three-game scoreless skid. Like most of the rest of the Jets, he's been inconsistent and unimpressive with his scoring so far this year.

Wheeler scored a shorthanded goal in Saturday's loss to Nashville. Wheeler now has three goals in his last two games, putting him at eight markers on the season -- tenth best in the NHL. The right-winger now has 13 points in 18 games, to go with a fantasy relevant 35 PIM. After a career-high 28-goal, 69 point season in 2013-14, Wheeler is delivering the goods once again in 2014-15. He is leading the Jets in scoring and should be in your lineup every night Winnipeg is in action.
