Bishop will tend twine Friday as the Lightning play host to the Blue Jackets.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop has posted a shaky 2.55 GAA over the last four games, but he managed to win half of those decisions. He's about to face a Columbus team that has been clicking on all cylinders offensively at 3.11 goals per game and second best in the NHL.

Bishop saved 27 of 30 shots during a loss to Nashville on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
It's been an uncharacteristically poor start to the season for Bishop, and fantasy owners should have the panic button in sight. However, giving the star goaltender a longer leash is advised. Additionally, it isn't out of the question for non-owners to consider a buy-low acquisition if the asking price is right. Remember, Bishop registered 112 wins with a .922 save percentage and a 2.20 GAA over the prior three years. Those are elite fantasy numbers.

Bishop will start Monday at Nashville, the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Big Ben will make his 13th appearance of the season looking for his third straight victory. His save percentage of .909 and GAA of 2.77 are notably down from his career marks of .920 and 2.31, but it's an encouraging sign that he's emerged his last two times out. Bishop and the Bolts will take on a Preds team ranked ninth in the league in home goals per game with 3.14.

Bishop turned away 32 shots in a 4-1 victory over Buffalo on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
Big Ben rang up a save-of-the-year contender in the game after passing the puck directly from behind the net to the Sabres' Kyle Okposo in the high slot. Okposo had a guaranteed goal until Bishop flew out from behind the net and dove, Superman-style, across the crease to make the save. Bishop is going to need a big season to support a Steven Stamkos-less Tampa squad.

Bishop will man the crease for Thursday's matchup with Buffalo, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop has been splitting time with backup Andrei Vasilevskiy, but has so far been outperformed by the youngster. In his last five starts, Bishop has played slightly better, as he has gone 3-2-0 with a .931 save percentage and will look to carry that momentum into Thursday's clash. Buffalo are currently stuck in a five-game losing streak, which makes this a solid matchup for Bishop.

Bishop made 25 saves Tuesday in a 4-3 win over Detroit.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop's counting stats aren't great -- his .903 save percentage heading into the contest was queasy at best. His game will improve soon enough, but the team may be challenged if Steven Stamkos is lost for long.

Bishop will guard the cage in Tuesday's road game against the Red Wings, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop wasn't great in his last start, surrendering three goals on 20 shots en route to a 3-1 loss to the Sharks on Saturday. The 6-foot-7 goaltender will look to stand tall in a decent road matchup with a Detroit team averaging 2.89 goals per game at home this season, 14th in the NHL.

Bishop made 17 saves in a 3-1 loss to the Sharks on Saturday night.
EDGE Analysis
The game was not without controversy. The first goal by Patrick was disallowed on the ice after Marleau crashed into Bishop and the net along with two Lightning players. Two video reviews and 10 minutes later, the goal was declared good. Bishop was otherwise solid -- he made a nice save on a penalty shot 4:05 into the game.

Bishop was named the home starter for Saturday's date with the Sharks, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bishop struggled with a 3.68 GAA through his first six outings, but a trip against foes within the Metropolitan Division allowed him to right the ship -- two wins and only two goals allowed between the Islanders and Devils, respectively, though he dropped the last contest despite a .935 save mark against the Panthers. Surprisingly, Team Teal has struggled to attack, as it ranks only 23rd in the league at 2.43 goals per game -- keep that mind as you set your lineups on Saturday's heavy 11-game slate.

Bishop made 29 saves in Monday's 3-1 loss to the Panthers. He allowed two goals.
EDGE Analysis
It was a goalie's duel through most of the game until the go-ahead marker was notched with 4:28 left. Bishop has allowed just four goals in his last three games.
