The Seahawks have placed Charbonnet (knee) on IR, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Charbonnet suffered a season-ending knee injury during Seattle's divisional-round win over the 49ers this past Sunday, an issue that coach Mike Macdonald noted Monday that he was "pretty sure" is "ACL (related)." To bolster the team's backfield depth behind starter Kenneth Walker, the Seahawks activated George Holani (hamstring) from IR on Friday. Charbonnet appears to be facing a lengthy recovery period, though at this stage a timetable on that front has yet to be outlined.

Coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that the Seahawks are "pretty sure" Charbonnet suffered a torn ACL in his left knee during Saturday's 41-6 divisional-round win against the 49ers, but the team hasn't determined the full extent of the injury, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports.
EDGE Analysis
At the very least, Charbonnet will miss the rest of the postseason due to the knee injury, and Macdonald relayed to Adam Schefter of ESPN earlier Monday that it's "a significant knee injury, unfortunately. ... He's going to need surgery, so he's got a long road to come back." Once its severity becomes evident, a more precise timetable for Charbonnet's recovery should be more clear, but he appears poised to miss a good portion of the 2026 campaign. Kenneth Walker is set to lead the team's backfield in Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Rams and potentially beyond that point, while practice-squad members Velus Jones and Cam Akers are candidates to be brought up to the active roster, and George Holani (hamstring) also could be activated from IR.

Charbonnet likely suffered a season-ending ACL tear during Saturday's 41-6 NFC divisional-round win over the 49ers, Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Charbonnet rushed five times for 20 yards versus San Francisco before being forced out with a knee injury in the second quarter, paving the way for Kenneth Walker to take over as the unquestioned No. 1 backfield option for Seattle and rush 19 times for 116 yards and three scores. Head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that Charbonnet's injury is significant, will require surgery and leaves him facing "a long road to come back," per Adam Schefter of ESPN. The timing of Charbonnet's injury will not only cause him to miss the remainder of the Seahawk's postseason run but likely the entire offseason and the beginning of the 2026 regular season. He led the team with 12 touchdowns (all rushing) across 16 regular-season appearances in 2025 and finished second on the team with 730 yards on 184 carries behind Walker. Those statistics all represent career-high marks for Charbonnet, and he additionally secured 20 of 24 targets for 144 yards.

Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that Charbonnet (knee) will miss the remainder of the postseason due to a significant injury suffered during Saturday's NFC divisional-round win over the 49ers, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Macdonald confirmed that Charbonnet's injury will require surgery, and, per Adam Schefter of ESPN, he said the running back will have "a long road to come back." Kenneth Walker, who rushed for 116 yards and three touchdowns versus San Francisco, will operate as Seattle's clear backfield leader beginning Sunday versus the Rams in the NFC Championship Game, while Cam Akers and Velus Jones will be candidates to come off the practice squad and contribute in depth roles.

Charbonnet will get imaging done on his knee after departing Saturday's NFC divisional-round game against the 49ers, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Head coach Mike Macdonald was optimistic that Charbonnet's knee was structurally intact following Saturday's win against San Francisco. However, that will be confirmed through imaging. Charbonnet's status is seemingly up in the air for the NFC Championship Game, but there should be some additional clarity early in the week.

Charbonnet is questionable to return to Saturday's divisional-round game against the 49ers due to a knee injury, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Charbonnet was injured on a rush attempt midway through the second quarter and was able to walk off the field with the help of trainers. He was examined in the medical tent before walking to the locker room shortly before halftime. Prior to his exit, Charbonnet had recorded five carries for 20 yards.

Charbonnet rushed the ball 17 times for 74 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 13-3 win over the 49ers. He added three receptions on four targets for 23 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Charbonnet worked in a near-even split with Kenneth Walker, with Walker turning in the more efficient performance. However, Charbonnet was still arguably responsible for the biggest play of the game, when he ripped off an impressive 27-yard rushing score late in the first quarter -- the only touchdown of the game for either team. Charbonnet closed the regular season in strong form, totaling 219 yards from scrimmage combined across his final two contests. He'll retain a key role for Seattle's playoff run, beginning in the divisional round.

Charbonnet carried the ball 18 times for 110 yards and two touchdowns and caught both his targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 27-10 win over the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
The 110 rushing yards were a season high for Charbonnet, and he put together his second two-TD performance of 2025 with a two-yard plunge in the third quarter and a one-yard score in the fourth. Charbonnet has gotten into the end zone six times in the last eight games, amassing 426 rushing yards over that stretch with a 4.9 YPC. The Seahawks are headed toward the No. 1 seed in the NFC with one more win, so Charbonnet figures to remain heavily involved in Week 18 against the 49ers.

Charbonnet rushed nine times for 32 yards and a touchdown and brought in all four targets for 22 yards in the Seahawks' 38-37 overtime win over the Rams on Thursday night. He was also credited with a two-point conversion run.
EDGE Analysis
Charbonnet was two carries behind Kenneth Walker, and although the latter outgained him by 68 rushing yards and 42 receiving yards, the former was able to join his backfield mate in scoring a rushing touchdown. Charbonnet recorded a four-yard TD run in the first quarter to open the scoring, and he alertly picked up a ball in the end zone on a fourth-quarter two-point conversion attempt after it had initially been batted by Jared Verse and subsequently ruled a backward pass. Charbonnet continues to operate in a reliable complementary role alongside Walker and now has nine rushing touchdowns on the season, affording him some standalone fantasy value in deeper formats for a Week 17 road matchup against the Panthers on Sunday, Dec. 28.

Charbonnet rushed eight times for 31 yards while failing to secure his only target in Sunday's 18-16 win over Indianapolis.
EDGE Analysis
Charbonnet was the Seahawks' leading rusher despite finishing with single-digit carries for the fifth time this season. Starter Kenneth Walker continued his recent struggles with an abysmal 9-17-0 rushing line, resulting in no Seattle players averaging over four yards per carry Sunday. Charbonnet has provided a solid baseline for those in deeper fantasy leagues, while serving as a touchdown-dependent asset in standard formats for week 16.
