Tye caught five passes (on eight targets) for 53 yards in Monday night's win over the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
Tye set season highs across the board with his performance Monday night, when he surprisingly trailed only star wideout Odell Beckham in receptions, targets and receiving yards. With Victor Cruz (ankle) sidelined, Tye emerged as one of quarterback Eli Manning's preferred targets, even though fellow tight end Jerell Adams was the beneficiary on a 10-yard touchdown to start Monday's contest. Nonetheless, Tye should be pleased by his Week 10 performance, giving him decent momentum ahead of Sunday's game versus the Bears.

Tye caught four of seven targets for 33 yards Sunday against the Eagles.
EDGE Analysis
He's the de facto starter with Larry Donnell getting phased out, though rookie Jerrell Adams caught three of his four targets. Either way, the tight end isn't more than an occasional contributor in this offense, and Tye is merely an average one in any event.

Tye caught both passes that came his way in Sunday's win over Baltimore, totaling 15 yards.
EDGE Analysis
With Larry Donnell back in the fold, Tye's offensive snapcount dropped to 23. In the four games in which both have finished the game, Donnell has led Tye in average snapcount, 37 to 29, and targets 4.5 to 3.3. Neither has been particularly productive this season without a 50-yard game between them, but Donnell has been the better of the two, scoring the pair's lone touchdown and collecting two games with four or more receptions to Tye's one.

Tye played 37 of the 56 offensive snaps (66.1 percent) in Sunday's 23-16 loss to Green Bay, finishing with two catches for 37 yards on three targets.
EDGE Analysis
Tye's modest snap count comes as a surprise, seeing as he logged 78.8 percent of offensive snaps the previous week, benefiting from Larry Donnell's early exit with a concussion. Donnell missed Sunday's game in Green Bay, seemingly putting Tye in position to play at least three-quarters of the snaps for a second straight week. While that didn't pan out, Tye did still come close to having a big game, as he got wide open in the middle of the field for a possible long touchdown, only to be overthrown by Eli Manning. Tye will continue to start if Donnell misses more time, but it does seem rookie tight end Jerell Adams will prevent Tye from serving in a true every-down role.

Tye had two catches on three targets for 37 yards Sunday against the Packers.
EDGE Analysis
His day could have been a lot bigger as Eli Manning missed him on a wide-open look down the middle of the field with plenty of green around him. Tye is the team's starter as long as Larry Donnell is out.

Tye is is slated to start Sunday's game against the Packers in place of Larry Donnell (concussion).
EDGE Analysis
Tye played nearly every snap after Donnell was forced out of last week's game in Minnesota, and another similar workload could be in order Sunday night. Tye established some fantasy utility during Donnell's absence late last season, catching at least three passes in seven consecutive games, with touchdowns in three of his final four contests.

Tye's teammate Larry Donnell (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in Green Bay.
EDGE Analysis
Tye could make for a sneaky Week 5 option, as he'd been splitting snaps with Donnell until the latter suffered a concussion during Monday's loss to the Vikings. With Donnell thus limited to just nine snaps in the contest, Tye logged a season-high 52 offensive snaps (out of 66), catching four passes for 43 yards on six targets. Further adding to the appeal, there's a good chance the Giants will find themselves trailing in Green Bay, which could lead to serious volume for Eli Manning and the passing attack.

Tye recorded four receptions for 43 yards in Monday night's loss to the Vikings.
EDGE Analysis
Tye recorded season-highs in both receptions and yardage on Monday night after Larry Donnell left the game with a concussion. If Donnell does not pass league protocol testing, Tye will fill in as the starting tight end against the Packers, giving him an increased fantasy value Week 5.

Tye caught 3-of-5 targets or 14 yards Sunday. One of the incompletions was an interception on a route which it looked like he stopped prematurely.
EDGE Analysis
Tye and Larry Donnell (four targets) are splitting the receiving duties in roughly equal measure. Neither has much upside.

Tye caught two of three targets for 10 yards in Sunday's win over the Saints.
EDGE Analysis
Maybe Larry Donnell's return has taken a bite out of Tye's game. After leading the duo with a modest three targets in Week 1, Tye lost out five-to-three in Week 2. More concerning is that Tye has tallied just 26 yards receiving in the season's first two weeks - a sum that he exceeded in each of his final seven games in 2015 - all with Donnell out of the lineup.
