Despite starter-level snaps, Tye has seldom been much of a threat this season, being held to three catches or less in 10 games and 25 yards or less 11 times. He heads into the playoffs on a comparative high note, with 13 catches in his last three games. Look for the Giants to try to keep him going as the Packers were one of just eight teams this season to surrender more than 1,000 yards to tight ends.

Although he began the season as the Giants' backup tight end, he jumped to the top job in Week 4 when Larry Donnell sustained a concussion. Since the changing of the guard, Tye has earned at least 66 percent of the offensive snaps in eight consecutive contests, solidifying his spot within the offense.

However, he apparently felt much better Thursday, as he was able to take part in the full session. Despite matching a season-high of eight targets in Week 16, Tye has just one touchdown on the season and isn't a reliable fantasy option unless Donnell goes down with an injury.
