Williams (foot) didn't participate in Thursday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
With absences from both of the Raiders' first two practices of the week, Williams doesn't seem to be trending toward suiting up Sunday against the Bears in London. Oakland will wait and see if Williams is able to get any on-field work in Friday before ruling on his status for Sunday, but an absence over the weekend would likely lock in tight end Darren Waller as Derek Carr's undisputed top target in the passing game.

Oakland offensive coordinator Greg Olson believes Williams (foot) will benefit from rest and improve his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Bears, Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Williams has already been held out of Wednesday's practice due to the foot issue, and Thursday's update suggests he'll likely see very limited, if any, practice time this week. The plan appears to be to simply give Williams rest and see how he responds, but the Raiders do have an added variable this week, given they will be traveling to London for their Week 5 tilt. Williams is the only wide receiver to score a touchdown in each game this season, offering surprising value relative to his ADP. Those relying on him to date should at least be prepared to look in another direction, while the Raiders would be left to the likes Hunter Renfrow, Trevor Davis and Keelan Doss to lead the receiving corps, as J.J. Nelson (knee) and Dwayne Harris (ankle) are dealing with injuries of their own.

Williams was held out of practice Wednesday due to a foot injury that will likely make him questionable for Sunday's game in London against the Bears, Jerry McDonald of the Oakland Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Williams didn't show any sign of injury during the 31-24 win over the Colts in Week 4, catching three of seven targets for 36 yards and a touchdown while playing 93 percent of the offensive snaps. The Raiders don't have much depth behind him, with Hunter Renfrow the only other wide receiver on the roster with 10 or more targets or five or more catches this season. Trevor Davis and Keelan Doss got some playing time in the win over Indianapolis, while J.J. Nelson was a late scratch after feeling tightness in his leg during pregame warmups.

Williams caught three of seven passes for 36 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 31-24 win over Indianapolis.
EDGE Analysis
Williams got on the scoreboard early in the second quarter, fighting his way back to the ball for a 19-yard touchdown near the front pylon. Williams has only six catches in his last two games and hasn't topped 50 yards receiving since Week 1, but fans aren't likely to be complaining too much as the free-agent pickup has scored in each game to start the season. That will be a tough streak to extent to five with the Bears in town in Week 5.

Williams caught all three of his targets, accounting for 29 receiving yards and one touchdown during the Raiders' 34-14 loss to Minnesota on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old wideout has been a touchdown machine since donning the Silver and Black, reaching the end zone in each of his first three games as a member of the Raiders. Williams' catch and receiving yardage totals have trended downward over the past two weeks since he logged six catches for 105 yards in the season opener, but he looks to reverse that trajectory in Week 4 against a Colts defense that allowed three Falcons players to exceed 65 receiving yards in its last time out.

Williams (hip) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest at Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
Williams emerged from Week 2 with a hip pointer, resulting in limited designations on the Raiders' first two injury reports of this week. There was an expectation that he'd get past the issue, which came to pass with a full practice Friday. Through two games with his new team, Williams has received exactly seven targets and scored one TD in both while handling a 94.3 percent share of the offensive snaps.

Williams (hip) remained limited at practice Thursday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though Williams has been bothered by a hip pointer, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network previously reported that Williams plans to play Sunday against the Vikings. It remains to be seen, however, if the Raiders' top wideout is listed as questionable for that contest, or heads into the weekend minus an injury designation.

Williams (hip) was limited at practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
That said, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network previously reported that Williams plans to play Sunday against the Vikings "despite a painful hip pointer." In that context, we'd expect Williams to remain limited at practice Thursday, and Oakland's top wideout could be listed as questionable for this weekend's tilt.

Williams (hip) intends to play in Sunday's game against the Vikings, a source told Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
EDGE Analysis
Williams came out of the Week 2 loss to the Chiefs with a painful hip pointer, but it didn't stop the 27-year-old from playing 61 of the Raiders' 65 offensive snaps while finishing with five receptions for 46 yards and a score. The injury is expected to limit Williams' practice time this week, but so long as he's willing to play at less than 100 percent health, he'll likely get the green light to suit up Sunday. Following the team's release of Antonio Brown shortly before the season, Williams has emerged as Oakland's top wideout, hauling in 11 of 14 targets for 151 yards and two touchdowns through two contests.

Williams came out of Week 2's loss to the Chiefs with a hip pointer, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Despite the issue, Williams logged 61 of a possible 65 snaps on offense Sunday, en route to hauling in five passes for 46 yards and a TD. Two games into the 2019 season, Williams has established himself as QB Derek Carr's top wideout option, a role that has resulted in back-to-back seven-target outings and a total of 11 catches for 151 yards and two scores.
