Coach Jon Gruden said Williams (foot) is approaching 100 percent health, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Williams was hobbled by plantar fasciitis throughout much of his first season with the Raiders, recording 47 percent of his receiving yards and five of his six touchdowns within his first five games. He's now entering the second season of a four-year, $44.4 million contract, with his $11 million base salary for 2020 vesting to a full guarantee earlier this month, per overthecap.com. The Raiders are probably still in the market for a true No. 1 receiver, but they at least have a diverse group of weapons between Williams, Darren Waller, Hunter Renfrow, Josh Jacobs and Jalen Richard. While the target upside may be limited, a healthy Williams could be a regular source of big plays and touchdowns. It sounds like he'll be healthy for the offseason program, though plantar fasciitis is known to linger or reappear later on.

Williams (foot) is making good progress in his recovery from his plantar fasciitis injury, Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
EDGE Analysis
Williams began the 2019 regular season strong, recording a touchdown grab in each of the first four games. However, he was then forced to sit out back-to-back games due to plantar fasciitis issues. The 28-year-old wideout toughed out the remainder of the season, but he was clearly hobbled by his linger foot injury, culminating in a Week 17 tilt in which he wasn't targeted. Coach Jon Gruden blamed Williams' dwindling production on injury, saying "it's hard to play when your feet are on fire" following the season-ending loss. Williams remains under contract for the next three seasons with a salary of $11 million per year, so he'll be in line to reprise a key role in the Raiders' receiver corps provided he can get healthy during the offseason.

Williams (foot) didn't receive a target in Sunday's 16-15 loss to the Broncos, Matt Kawahara of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Jon Gruden attributed Williams' lack of production to his injury status. "We still think he's an excellent player, Gruden said, according to Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area. "But it's hard to play when your feet are on fire. His feet were hurting." Williams has been dealing with plantar fasciitis, and it has affected his performance lately. The 27-year-old wideout had his best game in Week 1 against the Broncos, as he set season highs in catches (six) and yards (105) while finding the paydirt, but he surpassed 50 receiving yards just three more times. Williams remains under contract for the next three seasons at $11 million per year, so the Raiders hope he can shake off the injury before the 2020 campaign.

Williams (foot) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Broncos after logging a limited practice Friday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Williams was added to the Raiders' Week 17 injury report after sitting out Thursday's practice, but his return to the field Friday sets the stage for him to suit up for the regular-season finale, a game that 7-8 Oakland needs to win in order to have any chance of making the playoffs. Though he hauled in all four of his targets for 82 yards in a Week 16 win over the Chargers, Williams has been a hit-or-miss fantasy option during the second half of the season after opening the campaign with touchdowns in each of his first five outings.

Williams (foot) didn't practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Williams wasn't listed on Wednesday's practice/injury report estimate, so the wideout's Thursday addition makes his status for Sunday's game against the Broncos worth monitoring. Williams, who brought in all four of his targets for 82 yards in the Raiders' Week 16 win over the Chargers, heads into his team's regular-season finale with a 42/651/6 stat line through 13 contests.

Williams hauled in all four of his targets for 82 yards in the team's Week 16 win over the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Williams demonstrated his usual big-play ability, recording catches of 43, 20 and 13 yards to account for the majority of his production. His longest reception came in the first quarter on a slant pass across the middle that he subsequently turned upfield for a big gain. Williams was outplayed by rookie Hunter Renfrow but managed to work efficiently and produce an effective stat line for the second consecutive contest. He'll look to keep that stretch going in the team's Week 17 matchup against the Broncos.

Williams caught two of three targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Jaguars.
EDGE Analysis
A battle with plantar fasciitis seems to be the cause of his recent swoon, but Williams still supplied the Raiders' only TD of the day on a 40-yard strike from Derek Carr in the first quarter -- the receiver's first trip to the end zone since Week 8. Williams has seen six targets or less in eight straight games, making him a risky fantasy option, but he'll try to finish the season on a high note beginning next Sunday in Atlanta.

Williams doesn't appear on the Raiders' Week 15 injury report, but offensive coordinator Greg Olson acknowledged Thursday that the receiver is still "battling" the plantar fasciitis that kept him sidelined for two games earlier this season, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports. "Plantar fasciitis, it's a pretty significant injury," Olson said. "He's taking medication before every game trying to manage the pain."
EDGE Analysis
Williams opened his tenure in Oakland with a bang, scoring a touchdown in each of his first four games before the foot injury sidelined him for three weeks. He returned to action in Week 8 and kept his touchdown streak going, but he's been held out of the end zone in the six games that followed and has only topped 50 receiving yards on one occasion. Though Williams' case of plantar fasciitis doesn't look like it'll threaten his availability for the remainder of the season, the injury may at least partially explain his diminished production. Even with a favorable matchup on tap Sunday against the Jaguars, Williams doesn't profile as a must-start fantasy option.

Williams caught three of four targets for 35 yards during Sunday's 42-21 loss to the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
Williams led Raiders wideouts in targets and hauled in 75 percent of his looks. Unfortunately, the volume was low and his long gain went for just 18 yards, so the overall output wasn't particularly impressive. Williams has been held under 50 receiving yards in five of the last six games and will look to break out next Sunday against Jacksonville.

Williams caught one of four targets for nine yards in Sunday's 40-9 loss to the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
His lone catch didn't come until the fourth quarter, when the game was long out of reach. Williams hasn't found the end zone since Week 8, and hasn't topped 25 receiving yards in three of the last four games, disappearing just when the Raiders seemed to be pushing themselves into playoff contention. The fifth-year receiver will try to reverse his fortunes in Week 14 against the Titans.
