Ginn caught five passes (on eight targets) for 54 yards and rushed twice for six yards in Sunday's loss to the Saints.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn's eight looks trailed only top wideout Kelvin Benjamin, resulting in a season-high five grabs for the veteran speedster. While Ginn's 54 receiving yards also marked his best total of the current campaign, it also evidences his underwhelming fantasy stock, which is most rooted in his potential for occasional big plays.

Ginn caught his lone target for five yards, but muffed a punt during Monday's loss to the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn has now turned the ball over twice on kicking situations this season, and his lack of production at receiver Monday hardly compensated for his special teams mistake. While the veteran has topped the 50-yard mark twice this term, he's gone for fewer than 15 receiving yards in Carolina's other three contests, evidencing his relatively low-ceiling, hit-or-miss stock.

Ginn (foot) is listed as active Monday against the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
The fifth-most targeted receiver in the Panthers' offense, Ginn is nonetheless tied for the team lead with Kelvin Benjamin for most receptions of 20-plus yards (three). It remains to be seen how he'll mesh with Derek Anderson, who will serve in Cam Newton's stead while he works his way through the concussion protocol.

Ginn (foot) was a full participant at Friday's practice, Bryan Strickland of the Panthers' official website reports.
EDGE Analysis
The same goes for Devin Funchess, who was also a limited participant Thursday due to a foot injury. It thus seems Carolina will have its full complement of receiving options, but it isn't clear who will be throwing them the ball, as Cam Newton (concussion) missed another practice.

Ginn was a limited participant in practice Thursday due to a foot injury, Steve Reed of the Associated Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn didn't show any sign of injury in last week's loss to the Falcons and he may have suffered the injury in practice. His participation for the remainder of the week will give a better indication of the severity of the injury and his status for the team's Week 5 matchup with Tampa Bay.

Ginn caught two passes (on five targets) for 14 yards in Sunday's loss to the Falcons.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn was held surprisingly quiet considering the Panthers threw the ball 48 times Sunday. Although he's posted under 15 receiving yards in two of Carolina's four games thus far, Ginn's big-play ability seemingly should've helped the Panthers more in their comeback bid. Regardless, the veteran speedster will aim for an improved performance in Week 5 against the Buccaneers.

Ginn caught three passes (on seven targets) for 62 yards and rushed twice for five yards in Sunday's loss to the Vikings.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn's 31-yard catch marked the Panthers' longest offensive play of Sunday's disappointing defeat. That big gain gave Ginn at least one play of 20-plus yards in each of Carolina's three games this season, and his seven targets Sunday only trailed tight end Greg Olsen. While Ginn has proven capable of providing chunk plays in the past, he's mostly a one-trick pony for fantasy purposes.

Ginn caught two passes (on four targets) for 51 receiving yards and rushed once for five yards, but lost a fumble on a kickoff return during Sunday's win over the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn's muffed kickoff return during the fourth quarter set up a one-yard touchdown rush for the 49ers on the next play. Besides that error, the veteran speedster was his usual self, gaining 52 yards on one catch, even though his other grab Sunday lost a yard. Through Carolina's first two games, Ginn has three catches (on five targets) for 56 yards and two rushes for 25 yards, evidencing his big play potential despite being used sparingly thus far.

Ginn hauled in his only target for five yards, rushed once for 20 yards, totaled nine yards on his only kick return, and managed 12 yards on a pair of punt returns in Thursday's 21-20 loss to the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
The speedster was relatively quiet on the night despite his multiple roles, with his most significant play coming on a 20-yard gain off a nifty end-around in the first quarter. He was otherwise a non-factor in an offense that heavily featured Kelvin Benjamin and Greg Olsen in the short-to-intermediate passing game throughout the night against a tough Broncos secondary. Although he figures to play a largely complementary role in a passing game that should see Benjamin and Olsen monopolize a lion's share of targets, Ginn's deep speed and presence on both return units certainly provides him with serviceable fantasy value.

Ginn hauled in his lone target for a 61-yard touchdown in Saturday's preseason game against the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
Ginn showed exactly why he'll retain a role in the Carolina offense, even though Kelvin Benjamin is healthy and Devin Funchess is no longer a rookie. The speedy Ginn makes for a nice complement to his hulking teammates, and he figures to open the season as the No. 2 or 3 wide receiver. It probably won't be a lucrative role for fantasy purposes, especially if Philly Brown also makes a push for significant playing time.
