Wayne (elbow) practiced fully Friday, ESPN.com reports. The report notes that coach Chuck Pagano indicated Thursday that he wanted to see how Wayne fared at practice Friday and Saturday before making a decision on the wideout's status for Monday's game against the Giants, but Wayne's full participation Friday certainly bodes well on that front.

Wayne (elbow) did not participate in practice Thursday, Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star reports. Wayne (elbow) did not practice Wednesday, Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star reports. Meanwhile, Holder relays that coach Chuck Pagano is calling Wayne day-to-day, though the report encouragingly suggests that the wideout's MRI didn't reveal a significant injury. That said, Pagano didn't commit to Wayne practicing later this week, thus clouding the receiver's availability for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Wayne could miss a game or two due to the elbow injury he suffered in Sunday's game versus the Bengals, Mike Chappell of RTV6 Indianapolis reports. Wayne underwent an MRI on his injured elbow Monday and although those results have not been released yet, the veteran's ailment is not considered serious. Nonetheless, reports suggest Wayne may be sidelined for a game or two because of his banged-up elbow. After falling on his left arm during the first quarter of Sunday's game, Wayne went on to finish with just four catches for 15 yards and two dropped passes. Should Wayne indeed miss some time, Hakeem Nicks and rookie Donte Moncrief figure to fill expanded roles alongside explosive receiver T.Y. Hilton in the Colts' offense.

Wayne hurt his left elbow after falling awkwardly on it in Sunday's win over the Bengals and had it in a bandage after the game. "I'm good right now," Wayne told the Indianapolis Star. "Just kind of fell on it. I'll go home, have an adult beverage and see how it feels in the morning." Wayne downplayed the injury and didn't miss any playing time, but it's something to monitor in practice this week. Wayne had just four receptions for 15 yards in Sunday's win, but was targeted eight times - second most on the team.
