But it's not like the glove has affected his performance at all. Over the last two games, Peyton has completed 53-of-72 passes for 643 yards with six touchdowns and one interception. Temperatures in Denver for Saturday's Divisional Game are expected to sink below 20 degrees, so the Kurt Warner-esque glove should come in handy.

At age 36, Manning is still the best quarterback in the game, and the likely MVP of the league.

The Denver Post confirms Peyton Manning is not expected to rest at all in Sunday's game against the Chiefs. The Broncos need a win to ensure a first-round bye. They could also sneak into the AFC's top seed if they win and the Colts knock off the Texans. Therefore, Manning will play a full game against a Chiefs' secondary that has given up 26 touchdown passes this season -- tied for eighth-most in the league.

Thursday night was Manning's first 300-yard game since Week 10 and was his 70th such effort of his career. His touchdown pass was Peyton's 30th of the season, reaching that feat for the seventh time in his 15-year career. Manning and the 10-3 Broncos travel to Baltimore next week.

Peyton Manning was tested for a concussion in Sunday's win over Kansas City, but was medically cleared and returned. Manning took a blow to the head on Jacob Tamme's TD pass late in the second quarter, and was tested for the concussion at halftime. He emerged from the locker room in a timely manner and missed no second-half snaps. "I'm fine, everything checked out OK, " he assured. "I took a hit there, but I was cleared." Manning went 9-of-20 for 148 yards and a touchdown in the second half.

Manning will get Tampa's league-worst pass defense in Week 13.
