Prater converted all three of his field-goal attempts and his lone PAT during Sunday's 30-16 loss to the Rams.

EDGE Analysis

The Lions' inability to convert in the red zone gave Prater a number of opportunities to rack up points, and the veteran responded with his fourth performance with at least three successful field goals. Now 23-for-26 on FGAs in 2018, Prater will proceed into Week 14 as a quality fantasy option in most formats.

Prater converted his lone field-goal attempt and his only PAT during Thursday's 23-16 loss to the Bears.

EDGE Analysis

Going up against the Bears' third-ranked scoring defense (19.2 points allowed per game), the Lions predictably had trouble moving the ball most of the game. However, the veteran could be in for a bounce-back effort in Week 13 when the Lions host the Rams' 23rd-ranked scoring defense (25.6). Through 11 games, Prater has successfully converted 20 of 23 field-goal tries and all 22 of his PATs.

Prater converted both of his field-goal attempts and both of his PATs during Sunday's 20-19 victory over Carolina.

EDGE Analysis

Prater's day could've been even bigger had a delay of game penalty not forced the Lions to punt after the team initially lined up for a 58-yard field goal attempt. Prater was otherwise perfect from 32- and 54-yards out. Look for the veteran to again be one of the most trusted kickers in the league in Week 12 against the Bears.

Prater converted his only field-goal attempt as well as his only PAT during Sunday's 34-22 loss to the Bears.

EDGE Analysis

The slumping Lions offense fell prey to a vicious Bears defense, and Prater's production once again suffered as a result. However, fantasy owners can at least be thankful that the kicker's one chance at a field goal came from 50 yards out, a distance Prater has now made two of four from this season. Detroit should have an easier time offensively in Week 11 when the Lions host an overrated Panthers defense allowing 25.8 points per game, the 10th-most leaguewide.

Prater converted all three of his field-goal attempts during Sunday's 24-9 loss to the Vikings.

EDGE Analysis

The Lions offense was even less effective than it was last week against Seattle, especially in the red zone. However, Minnesota's ability to keep Detroit from reaching the painted area ultimately gave Prater a trio of field-goal opportunities, and the veteran rang true on all of his attempts for the sixth time in eight games. While Prater remains one of the most reliable veteran kickers in the game, it might be wise to find another fantasy option in Week 10 when his team travels to the Windy City for an outdoors matchup against a stout Bears defense.

Prater didn't attempt a field goal but nailed both of his PATs during Sunday's 28-14 loss to Seattle.

EDGE Analysis

The Lions shot themselves in the foot multiple times Sunday, blowing multiple chances to score on some occasions and committing crucial turnovers on others. Not only did both Ameer Abdullah and Matthew Stafford lose fumbles that killed two separate drives, but Stafford also threw an interception on the one-yard line near the end of the fourth quarter. It was ultimately a day to forget for Lions fans, and the team will now look to get back on track on the road against an underperforming Vikings unit in Week 9.

Prater converted all four of his field-goal attempts and each of his PATs during Sunday's 32-21 victory over the Dolphins.

EDGE Analysis

Already having converted three field goals of 35 yards or less, Prater -- with the Lions up eight points with barely over two minutes remaining in regulation -- put the game away for good on a gutsy 50-yard boot that showed the level of trust the Detroit coaching staff has in the veteran kicker. Through the first six games of the season, Prater and the Lions now rank third in the league with an elite 2.7 field-goal attempts per outing. Look for him to stay productive in Week 8 when Detroit hosts a Seattle defense that has allowed opposing offenses to score a touchdown on less than 60 percent of possessions in 2018.

Prater converted one of two field-goal attempts and all four PATs during Sunday's 31-23 victory over the Packers.

EDGE Analysis

Prater connected on a 39-yard attempt in the second quarter but he later on misfired on a 55-yarder in the fourth. The kicker would've seen more work, but the Lions scored a touchdown on all four of their trips into the red zone, which was a surprise since Detroit entered the game last in red-zone touchdown percentage. Prater will now enjoy a Week 6 bye before heading to Miami for a road game against the Dolphins in Week 7.

Prater converted his only field-goal attempt and three PATs during Sunday's 26-24 loss to the Cowboys.

EDGE Analysis

The Lions had trouble consistently getting into field-goal range against a Cowboys defense that entered the game sitting top-10 in most statistical categories. Prater, and his fantasy output, subsequently fell victim to low usage. However, Prater is still averaging 2.5 field-attempts on the season, so look for the kicker to bounce back in a Week 5 matchup against the Packers in what could be a high-scoring affair -- which will notably be played within the indoor confines of Detroit's Ford Field.

Prater converted all four of his field-goal attempts and both PATs during Sunday's 26-10 victory over the Patriots.

EDGE Analysis

Those who've stuck with Prater in the wake of his disappointing regular-season debut were handsomely rewarded Sunday, and the kicker has now converted six field goals and five extra points over the last two weeks. Considering no other kicker leaguewide has attempted as many field goals through three games -- coupled with the improving state of the Lions offense -- Prater has reestablished himself as one of the better fantasy options at his position.
