Ingram (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Luke Johnson of the New Orleans Time-Picayune reports.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran running back thus will finish out the regular season with back-to-back absences. Ingram started his second Saints tenure off in encouraging fashion before tailing off once Alvin Kamara returned to the field, gaining just 27 yards on 13 carries over his last pair of contests. Ingram is slated to head into the new league year as an unrestricted free agent, while Tony Jones, Ty Montgomery and Dwayne Washington figure to be the beneficiaries of his absence Week 18 as complementary options behind Kamara. If New Orleans can get into the postseason, however, Ingram would be on the field as Kamara's primary backup if healthy.

Ingram (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram followed the same practice routine this week (LP/DNP/DNP) as he did last week before he was held out this past Sunday against the Panthers. With the Saints backfield otherwise healthy, he may be in store for the same fate this weekend, which won't be confirmed, one way or another, until 90 minutes before Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. If Ingram misses another contest, Alvin Kamara remains the team's lead runner, with Tony Jones, Ty Montgomery and special teamer Dwayne Washington also on hand.

Ingram (knee) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
This is a downgrade from Wednesday's limited session. It's unclear if Ingram is trending toward a second consecutive absence as he tends to a knee injury, but his odds to suit up Sunday in Atlanta could receive some clarity on Friday's practice report. Tony Jones would be in line for some snaps behind Alvin Kamara if Ingram indeed sits out this weekend.

Ingram (knee) practiced on a limited basis Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram ended last week with consecutive limited listings on Saints injury reports, but a questionable designation eventually led to inactive status this past Sunday against the Panthers. A knee injury is to blame, but he at least has two more opportunities Thursday and/or Friday to get back to all activity. Even if he ends up gaining clearance to play Sunday in Atlanta, though, Ingram again would play second fiddle to Alvin Kamara out of the New Orleans backfield.

Ingram (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Panthers, John DeShazier of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran back already was trending toward sitting out the penultimate contest of the season, and his absence now is confirmed. With Ingram in street clothes Sunday, Alvin Kamara could see some extra work while Tony Jones is expected to fill in as the primary complementary backfield option.

Ingram (knee), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, is showing improvement but is considered unlikely to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram's knee injury resulted in him being a limited participant in practices Thursday and Friday. If he's indeed unable to play in Sunday's contest -- which kicks off at 4:25 p.m. ET -- Tony Jones would be in line to fill in as Alvin Kamara's top backup.

Ingram (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram was limited in both of the Saints' final two Week 17 practices due to the knee issue, clouding his availability for Sunday's divisional matchup. If Ingram demonstrates enough progress in the next two days to gain clearance to play this weekend, he would likely reclaim his usual role as Alvin Kamara's top backup. The Saints were forced to abandon the run early in their 20-3 loss to the Dolphins in Week 16, resulting in Ingram logging a season-low four carries during the contest.

Ingram was added to the injury report Thursday as a limited participant due to a knee injury.
EDGE Analysis
The Saints may be managing the knee issue that kept Ingram from playing in a Thanksgiving matchup with the Bills. In any case, Friday's practice and subsequent report may provide some clarity into his availability for Sunday's game against the Panthers. If he's able to suit up Week 17, Ingram will continue to play second fiddle to Alvin Kamara out of New Orleans' backfield.

Ingram rushed four times for 17 yards during Monday's 20-3 loss to Miami.
EDGE Analysis
The Saints seemed likely to lean on the run since they were down to fourth-string rookie quarterback Ian Book. However, an injury-depleted offensive line possibly negated those plans, and Book's inability to sustain drives with his arm ultimately led to underwhelming workloads for both Alvin Kamara and Ingram, who finished with a season low in rushing attempts. Expectations should probably remain low for this backfield unless Taysom Hill and/or Trevor Siemian is able to clear COVID protocols before Sunday's home matchup against Carolina.

Ingram (illness) rushed nine times for 10 yards and caught both of his targets for eight yards in Sunday's 9-0 win over the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Ingram was reinstated from the reserve/COVID-19 list earlier this week after missing the club's Week 14 contest against the Jets. The veteran back nearly split touches with starter Alvin Kamara (11 to 13), and neither back was able to do much against a stout Tampa Bay rushing defense. The latter is the more-desirable fantasy asset in what is shaping up to be a timeshare heading into next Monday's matchup against the Dolphins, with Ingram likely needing a trip to the end zone to warrant deep-league value.
