Lance Moore (hamstring) is practicing in full this week. Coming off the Saints' bye week, Moore is ready to roll after sitting out in Week 5. He can be immediately penciled in as a WR3 against the Bucs' No. 31 pass defense.

Saints declared WR Lance Moore, LB David Hawthorne, RB Travaris Cadet, DE Turk McBride, LB Jonathan Casillas, OT Bryce Harris and DT Tyrunn Walker inactive for Week 5 against the Chargers. No surprises for the Saints, who will likely give deep-threat Devery Henderson increased snaps in Moore's absence. Moore is week-to-week after failing to practice this week. Henderson is Rotoworld's No. 40 receiver for Week 5.

Lance Moore (hamstring) was held out of practice again on Thursday. The second missed practice in as many days rules out rest as the reason for Moore's absence. Of even greater concern is that Moore has experienced lingering hamstring issues in each of the past three seasons, including an injury that kept him out of the playoffs late last year. Interim coach Aaron Kromer acknowledged that it would be hard to replace Moore if he ends up sitting out versus the Chargers. Fantasy owners need to have another WR3 option ready for Week 5.

Lance Moore was held out of Wednesday's practice with a hamstring injury. Moore isn't known to have gotten hurt in Sunday's loss, so it's possible it's just a maintenance day for Drew Brees' No. 2 receiver. For now, he should be considered questionable for Sunday Night Football. His status will be updated Thursday. Moore will be a WR3 against the Chargers' run-of-the-mill pass defense if he's active.

Lance Moore hauled in seven passes for 67 yards at Green Bay in Week 4. Moore had a shot at a touchdown, but Morgan Burnett drilled him in the back just before the ball arrived. His 15 targets were a career-high and just his second time in double digits over the past four years. Targeted more consistently with Robert Meachem out of the picture, Moore is on pace for a 76/1,148/8 stat line heading into Week 5 versus the Chargers.

Lance Moore was held to 30 yards on two receptions versus the Panthers in Week 2. As long-time Moore owners know, he tends to follow a big game with a thud performance because he's the fourth option in the passing game. Moore was targeted just five times Sunday after tallying all of his 120 yards in fourth-quarter comeback mode last week. He's a hit-or-miss flex option going forward.

The New Orleans Times-Picayune expects Lance Moore to be the "primary beneficiary" this season of Robert Meachem's departure. Beat writer Mike Triplett is issuing a fantasy football alert on Moore, who's reportedly had a "great summer" in addition to four preseason receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown. We question Moore's week-to-week consistency as the No. 3 option at best in the Saints' passing game, but he's always a good bet for some big weeks. He's a WR5 draft pick with WR3 fantasy upside.

Saints WR Lance Moore and CB Patrick Robinson have restructured their contracts. Both players converted part of their 2012 base salary to a bonus. Robinson is currently slated to take the departed Tracy Porter's place in the starting lineup, while Moore was never believed to be a candidate for release.

Lance Moore (hamstring) is inactive for Saturday's Divisional Round game against the 49ers. As expected, run-stuffing SS Roman Harper (ankle) is active. Moore's third straight absence means Robert Meachem will make another start across from Marques Colston. Although Moore's absence was not a factor as Drew Brees shredded the Lions for 466 yards in the Wild Card round, it could loom larger against the 49ers' elite defense as the Saints take their show outdoors. Also inactive for the Saints are TE John Gilmore, TE Tory Humphrey, G Eric Olsen, DE Turk McBride, LB Nate Bussey and CB Leigh Torrence.
