Both of his touchdowns came in the first three weeks, though Rudolph's six total red-zone looks over the subsequent seven games suggest he hasn't completely been an afterthought near the goal line.

Owners hoping to see the tight end more involved without wide receiver Stefon Diggs (ribs) were left disappointed, as quarterback Kirk Cousins threw for a season-low 164 yards. After scoring 15 touchdowns over the previous two seasons, Rudolph heads into the Week 10 bye with just 34 catches for 349 yards and two scores.

Rudolph had four receptions for 39 yards on seven targets in Sunday's loss to the Saints.

Rudolph has just two touchdowns and hasn't had more than 57 yards rexeiving since Week 2 as almost all of Minnesota's targets go to Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen. However, Rudolph showed he can still be a factor in the red zone Sunday as he had a short-yardage touchdown negated by a penalty.

Rudolph has seen his yardage total decline in each of the last three games, and he's been kept out of the end zone since Week 3. Owners who drafted the red-zone reindeer after an eight-touchdown 2017 campaign are none too pleased at the moment, but a bounce-back opportunity awaits in what should be a high-scoring affair against the Saints in Week 8.

Rudolph's catches, targets and yards were his lowest since Week 1 and his scoreless streak has extended to three weeks. Nobody is going to confuse Rudolph for Travis Kelce or Rob Gronkowsi, but five straight weeks with at least four catches is pretty darn dependable -- even if he hasn't gotten many yards out of them. A New York Jets defense that is giving up 292 receiving yards per game awaits on Sunday.

Ruldolph was the top target in the passing game after Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs, but the top two wide receivers had 21 combined targets. Ruldolph remains a top red zone option and steady part of the offense, but his upside has been somewhat limited by the success of the top two wide receivers.

The Vikings were in catch-up mode all game and throwing frequently, so it was good to see Rudolph heavily involved even with the depth at the skill positions for the Vikings. He was fourth on the team in targets. He'll remain a key red zone target for Kirk Cousins.

Though Rudolph finished tied for fourth on the team in targets, he finished second in both catches and receiving yardage. He scored the team's only touchdown of the game late in the fourth quarter, giving him two trips to the end zone through three games this season. Rudolph clearly isn't lost in the shuffle despite the depth at the skill positions for the Vikings, and though his yardage totals could be lacking in some games, he seems to be a go-to option in the red zone. He'll continue as such next week against the Rams.

He'll face a favorable matchup next week against the Bills.
