QB NYJ (12)
Fields completed 20 of 32 passes for 268 yards and a touchdown and tallied 45 yards and a touchdown on 11 rushing attempts in the Bears' 37-17 win over the Falcons on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Fields used his arm and legs to help Chicago move to 7-9 with a convincing win over Atlanta. Leaning heavily on DJ Moore, who posted 159 yards, Fields recorded his highest passing-yardage total since Week 5. The quarterback has also thrown one touchdown pass in each of the last four games. In addition, Fields has rushed for at least 45 yards in seven of his last eight games. Look for him to remain a high-floor fantasy option with upside in Week 18 at Green Bay.

Fields completed 15 of 27 passes for 170 yards, one touchdown and one interception and also rushed nine times for 97 yards and another TD during Sunday's 27-16 victory against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Fields opened the scoring with a three-yard touchdown run in the middle of the first quarter and later connected with veteran tight end Marcedes Lewis for a one-yard TD pass in the second quarter to give the Bears a 21-0 lead. He's now recorded scores through both the air and ground three times in 11 appearances this season. On the other hand, Fields' pick occurred in the red zone in a 24-16 game in the fourth quarter, giving him turnovers in eight different games. Tight end Cole Kmet (4-107-0 on five targets Sunday) exited early due to a knee injury, and DJ Moore (3-18-0 on six targets) gutted through a right-ankle issue, so the health of two of the top skill-position players available to Chicago's offense may be compromised in the team's next game Sunday, Dec. 31 versus the Falcons.

QB NYJ (12)
Fields completed 19 of 40 passes for 166 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions in Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Browns. He added 30 rushing yards on seven carries.
EDGE Analysis
The third-year quarterback could have had an even worse day, as he fumbled the ball twice but the Bears retained possession both times. Fields did hit Cole Kmet for a five-yard TD in the first quarter and had Chicago out front 17-7 in the third quarter, and he very nearly pulled off a miracle win in the dying seconds with a Hail Mary that fell to Darnell Mooney, only for the wideout to knock the ball into the air for an INT. Performances like this won't help Fields secure a starting job in 2024, whether with the Bears or for another team, but he'll have a chance to make a better impression in Week 16 against the Cardinals.

QB NYJ (12)
Fields completed 19 of 33 passes for 223 yards and a touchdown and added 12 carries for 58 yards and a rushing touchdown in the Bears' 28-13 win over the Lions on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Fields leaned on DJ Moore and Cole Kmet in the passing game while also leading Chicago in rushing. Surprisingly, Fields' rushing score was only his second of the season, though he has at least 46 yards on the ground in his last four games. As a passer, Fields has not surpassed 223 yards and one touchdown in any of his last four games. He'll have a tough matchup at the Browns to open the fantasy playoffs before getting a pair of home games against the Cardinals and Falcons.

QB NYJ (12)
Fields completed 27 of 37 passes for 217 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions and rushed 12 times for 59 yards in the Bears' 12-10 win over the Vikings on Monday night. He also lost two fumbles.
EDGE Analysis
Fields opened the game red-hot from an efficiency standpoint, completing his first 12 passes before one of his throws hit the ground for the first time at the 14:24 mark of the second quarter. The dynamic signal-caller went on to connect with a narrow pool of five targets, and his chemistry with DJ Moore was on display throughout the night to the tune of 11 completions and 114 yards. Fields' first fumble, which came on a Danielle Hunter sack early in the fourth quarter, led to the only touchdown of the night for either club, but Fields atoned for it by putting Chicago into position for what would prove to be the game-winning field goal on a drive in which he hit Moore for gains of 16 and 36 yards. The Bears remain extreme long shots for the postseason at 4-8, but Fields heads into the Week 13 bye with some momentum and gets a rematch with a shaky Lions secondary in his Week 14 return to action Sunday, Dec. 10.

Fields (thumb) completed 16 of 23 passes for 169 yards and one touchdown while rushing 18 times for 104 yards in Sunday's 31-26 loss to the Lions.
EDGE Analysis
Fields hit the ground running in his first action since suffering a dislocated thumb in Week 6, racking up 28 rushing yards and 38 passing yards on an opening drive that ended in a one-yard rushing touchdown by D'Onta Foreman, who later left the game due to an ankle injury. Chicago mustered only three additional points in the first half, but Fields heated up in the third quarter and put his team up 20-14 with a 39-yard touchdown pass to DJ Moore. Detroit ultimately scored the final 17 points, including two on a Fields fumble that went out of the end zone for a safety in the final seconds, but Fields' success on the ground in his return suggests he isn't playing through any physical limitations heading into a Week 12 trip to Minnesota.

Fields (thumb) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Detroit.
EDGE Analysis
This comes as no surprise after Fields logged three full practices during Week 11 prep. He'll thus put an end to a four-game absence Sunday and take over quarterback duties for the Bears for the first time since Week 6. Fields will aim to produce against a Lions defense that has given up the eighth-most combined touchdowns (17) to opposing QBs in nine games this season.

EDGE Analysis
A dislocated right thumb has kept Fields from playing in the Bears' last four games, but after putting in a full practice Wednesday for the first time since Week 6, he appears on track to end his streak of absences this Sunday in Detroit. According to Larry Mayer of the Bears' official site, head coach Matt Eberflus said earlier Wednesday that Fields is "progressing well" and the team plans to have him start against the Lions, though formal confirmation on the matter may not be made until after Chicago's final practice of the week Friday. Over his first six starts before exiting midway through a Week 6 loss to the Vikings with the injury, Fields completed 61.7 percent of his passes for 7.4 yards per attempt and 11 touchdowns against six interceptions while accounting for 237 yards and another score as a runner.

Fields is expected to return to action and start Sunday's game against the Lions, sources tell Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
EDGE Analysis
Provided fares well in practice Wednesday, Fields looks poised to put an end to the four-game absence caused by dislocating his right thumb in a Week 6 loss to Minnesota. According to Rapoport, Fields was close to a return in last Thursday's win over the Panthers, but the Bears weren't yet convinced that he had regained full grip strength. Barring any setbacks at practice this week, however, Fields appears set to reclaim the starting job from undrafted rookie Tyler Bagent. Prior to injuring his thumb, Fields turned in two straight games with four passing touchdowns in matchups with Washington and Denver.

Fields (thumb) is listed as inactive Thursday against the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
Since the Bears cleared Fields to practice last Friday, he's been listed as a limited participant on four consecutive injury reports. Still, he was doubtful to play the last two games and predictably wasn't able to suit up on either occasion. With a fourth straight absence on tap, Fields again will yield quarterback duties to undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent. Next week, Fields will aim to gain clearance to play for the first time since dislocating his right thumb Week 6 ahead of an NFC North road matchup with the Lions on Sunday, Nov. 19.
