The wide receiver has now completed his third campaign in Indianapolis having caught 58 of 88 targets for 566 yards and four touchdowns while adding one carry for three yards and 68 yards on punt returns over 16 regular-season contests. Downs will enter the offseason on the final year of his rookie contract.

With Anthony Richardson (eye) on injured reserve and no timeline for a return, the Colts will turn to rookie sixth-rounder Riley Leonard for the home stretch of the 2025 regular season, starting with a Week 15 road clash against the Seahawks on Sunday, Dec. 14.

Downs was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice estimate, but his return to a full session a day later paves the way for the wideout to be available Sunday against the Jaguars. He's caught two of his six targets (for a combined total of 54 yards) in each of his last two games and overall has recorded a 40-370-3 line on 60 targets in 11 games to date, a rate of production that gives him a degree of fantasy utility in an Indy passing offense that also features fellow WRs Alec Pierce and Michael Pittman and TE Tyler Warren.

With Downs logging a DNP in Wednesday's walk-through as he contends with hip and knee issues, the wideout's status is now worth monitoring as Sunday's game against the Jaguars approaches. Downs took a clear back seat to Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce, as well as rookie tight end Tyler Warren, during Indianapolis' victory in Berlin, a disappointing outcome given that he had scored in three consecutive appearances prior to Week 10. The Colts are headed into a bye, so Downs' next chance to bounce back will come in Kansas City in Week 12. Even after a disappointing outing, Downs retains solid fantasy value, especially in PPR formats.
