Gresham posted one catch (on three targets) for 18 yards in Sunday's 33-0 loss to the Rams in London.
EDGE Analysis
Gresham's share of the offensive snaps fell to a season-low 61 percent, but his usage appears to have changed after Carson Palmer left the contest. Prior to Palmer suffering a fractured left arm at the 5:48 mark of the second quarter, Gresham saw all three of his targets. With Drew Stanton taking over the offense thereafter, Gresham's only marks in the game log were penalties (holding and a false start) on the final two plays of the third quarter. As the season winds on, Gresham may be hard-pressed to produce if he's asked to serve more as a blocker than a receiver.

Gresham nabbed both targets for 32 yards in Sunday's 38-33 win over Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
Gresham has now caught three or fewer passes in four of five games and has yet to total 50 yards receiving or a touchdown on the season. Arizona has never really featured the tight end under head coach Bruce Arians and, with Adrian Peterson capable of balancing the offense a little more than it has been to start the season, Arizona is unlikely to be pressed into throwing the tight ends the ball more.

Gresham nabbed both of his targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 34-7 loss to Philadelphia.
EDGE Analysis
Gresham was not targeted until the fourth quarter when the game was well out of reach. Despite being a starter, Gresham has been held under 20 yards in three out of four games this season. He should not be on your radar to start on any given week.

Gresham caught two of three passes for 12 yards in Sunday's 18-15 overtime victory against the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Gresham was held out in Week 2 due to a rib injury but has responded with increased reps the last two games, earning 68 and 85 percent of the offensive snaps, respectively. With an utter stranglehold on tight end reps in Arizona, he's a decent enough option in a pinch. That said, he's been capped at a 5/47/0 line on nine targets in any given appearance (Week 3) this season, making Gresham more of a desperation play than anything.

Gresham was a full practice participant Friday and does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gresham played through the same injury in Monday's 28-17 loss to the Cowboys, catching five on nine targets for 47 yards while logging 55 of 81 offensive snaps. He may have some added competition for targets this week, as wideout John Brown (quad) is expected to play for the first time since Week 1.

Gresham (ribs) was limited at Wednesday's walkhrough practice, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
After the promotion of tight end Ricky Seals-Jones on Monday, the Cardinals were signaling Gresham's availability was coming down to a game-time decision. Ultimately, Gresham earned active status and utterly dominated the offensive snaps given to tight ends, receiving 55 of the 81 (as opposed to 19 for Troy Niklas and two for Ifeanyi Momah). The usage translated to the box score, which displayed five catches (on nine targets) for 47 yards for Gresham by game's end. However, the Cardinals were without John Brown (quadriceps) and David Johnson (wrist), while J.J. Nelson (hamstring) earned only 52 offensive snaps, so Gresham clearly took advantage of the situation. With Brown and Nelson also participating on a limited basis Wednesday, Gresham could fall to the fifth or sixth option in the passing attack Sunday versus the 49ers.

Gresham (ribs) is listed as active Monday against the Cowboys, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
While there was some worry he'd sit out again, Gresham will miss just one game as a result of a rib injury sustained in the season opener. Assuming he's healthy, he should receive the majority of the tight-end snaps, which could yield fruit with skill-position players like David Johnson (wrist) and John Brown (quadriceps) sidelined.

The Cardinals' decision to promote tight end Ricky Seals-Jones from the practice squad Monday afternoon suggests Gresham (ribs) is in danger of missing Monday night's game against the Cowboys, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cardinals coach Bruce Arians said Thursday that Gresham likely would play, but the veteran tight end remained limited at practice throughout the week and is listed as questionable on the final injury report. Should Gresham end up sitting, Troy Niklas and Ifeanyi Momah will get most of the snaps at tight end, with Seal-Jones providing depth and perhaps contributing on special teams. Gresham drew four targets Week 1 and missed Week 2.

Gresham (ribs) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Gresham sat out last week's game due to his rib injury, but he was able to practice on a limited basis at each of the Cardinals' three practice sessions this week, and head coach Bruce Arians expects him to return to action Monday night. If Gresham is indeed able to take the field, expect him to start at tight end like he usually does.

Head coach Bruce Arians said Thursday that Gresham (ribs) will likely suit up Monday against the Cowboys, Kent Somers of The Arizona Republic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gresham kicked off the week with a limited showing at Thursday's practice, but Arians' comment indicates he's marching toward a return. Assuming he avoids a setback with his rib injury, he'll push Troy Niklas and Ifeanyi Momah down the depth chart at tight end.
