Langford logged one carry for four yards in Sunday's 22-20 win over the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
After failing to see an offensive snap in the Week 3 loss to the Seahawks, Langford didn't see much more duty in Week 4, picking up only three snaps. He remains behind Matt Forte and Jacquizz Rodgers on the Bears' running-back depth chart.

Langford failed to see a single carry in Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Seahawks.
EDGE Analysis
Langford's lack of usage was peculiar, particularly since it came a week after the rookie remained on the field for an entire drive in the Week 2 loss to the Cardinals, which culminated in his first NFL touchdown. It was perhaps a situation where coach John Fox just wanted to shield Langford against the swarming Seattle defense. Whatever the case might be, Langford figures to see at least a touch or two this Sunday in a matchup with a much-easier Raiders defense.

Langford carried the ball six times for 21 yards in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals, while scoring his first NFL touchdown during a goal-line attempt in the second quarter.
EDGE Analysis
After seeing just one running attempt in Week 1, Langford took on a larger workload against the Cardinals, but that was likely a byproduct of the outcome being decided after the third quarter. With Jimmy Clausen likely set to take the reins at quarterback for the next two weeks while Jay Cutler misses time with a hamstring injury, look for the Bears to lean heavily on a ground-based attack, which could enable Langford to see a steady dose of carries behind lead back Matt Forte. Even so, Langford will probably need Forte to suffer an injury before fantasy players can start the rookie in weekly matchups with much confidence.

Langford logged one carry for one yard in Sunday's 31-23 loss to the Packers.
EDGE Analysis
With Matt Forte running roughshod over the Packers all afternoon and Jacquizz Rodgers enjoying similar success in a change-of-pace role, coach John Fox never had much need to turn to Langford, the Bears' third running back. It's possible Langford could cut into Forte's workload as the season progresses and the playbook becomes more familiar to him, but the rookie profiles as more of a handcuff option than a timeshare threat at this time. Any breakout for Langford might not come until 2016, but only if Matt Forte departs via free agency in the offseason.

Langford gained 17 yards on six carries and 14 yards on one reception (one target) in Saturday's preseason game against the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
Jacquizz Rodgers will likely open the season with the No. 2 spot on the depth chart, but if Matt Forte were to suffer an injury, Langford might actually take on more of the star running back's touches, according to WGN's Adam Hoge. Though quiet in Saturday's game, the fifth-round rookie is having a strong preseason on the whole, leaving Ka'Deem Carey in danger of missing out on the final roster.
