Inman (hamstring) was limited at Thursday's practice, Ben Standig of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Making his presence felt on the practice field for the first time since Week 7 prep, Inman is putting himself into a position to play for the first time since then as he recovers from a hamstring injury. Ultimately, Friday's practice report will give a sense of his ability to suit up Sunday in Detroit.

Inman (hamstring) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice, Sam Fortier of The Washington Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Despite having a Week 8 bye to heal, Inman didn't practice at all last week before being deemed inactive ahead of Washington's loss to the Giants. Now that he's remained a non-participant to begin Week 10, he may not be a candidate to play for Washington until he makes an appearance on the practice field. On top of that, with Steven Sims back in the lineup, Washington may take its time with Inman before clearing him for action.

Inman (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Inman played a season-low 20 offensive snaps Oct. 25 against Dallas, and he was a non-participant throughout the practice week heading into Sunday afternoon's matchup versus New York. Steven Sims, who was just activated off injured reserve, fits in as Washington's No. 2 wide receiver option behind Terry McLaurin now that it's confirmed Inman will be unable to go against the Giants.

Inman (hamstring) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Giants, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Held out of practice throughout the week, Inman doesn't appear to have much chance of playing Sunday. Meanwhile, Washington hopes to get Steven Sims (foot) back from injured reserve, though his activation hasn't yet been confirmed. If Sims and Inman both are sidelined, the team could look to Cam Sims alongside Terry McLaurin and Isaiah Wright in three-wide formations. Per usual, McLaurin is the only reliable fantasy option of the bunch.

Inman (hamstring) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Inman previously has had his practice reps managed this season due to wrist and foot injuries, so his absence Thursday may be maintenance-related. Still, his status should be watched to see if a DNP is possible Sunday against the Giants. Steven Sims (toe) is inching toward a return to action, and if he's activated from IR before Washington's upcoming game, Inman will be pushed down the depth chart.

Inman wasn't targeted in Sunday's 25-3 win over the Cowboys.
EDGE Analysis
Inman played 20 of 69 offensive snaps (29 percent), but he still ranked third among Washington's wide receivers in snap share behind Terry McLaurin and Cam Sims. Getting jumped by Sims is noteworthy because he started the 2020 season on Washington's practice squad, but Sims didn't do much with his opportunities, either, catching just one pass for 22 yards. Washington has a bye week coming up and will return to action Week 9 against the Giants.

Inman caught each of his five targets for 45 yards in Sunday's 20-19 loss to the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
The 31-year-old has drawn exactly five targets in four of six games this year, with his 45 yards from Sunday representing a season high. The team might eventually give more work to younger players, but Inman likely will retain his top-three role for at least Week 7 against the Cowboys. A Week 8 bye could be a logical time for Washington to kick off a youth movement, though the current state of the NFC East means the team will be right in the hunt if it can upset Dallas next Sunday.

Inman caught his lone target for a loss of two yards in Sunday's 30-10 loss to the Rams.
EDGE Analysis
It was a rough day for the Washington offense, with Kyle Allen (arm) and Alex Smith combining for 41 sack yards and only 111 passing yards. Inman lost his four-game streak with five or more targets, though he never reached 40 yards anyway during that stretch. He does get a better matchup Week 5, facing the Giants at the Meadowlands.

Inman (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Rams, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
The same goes for Terry McLaurin (thigh), whereas Steven Sims (toe) has been placed on injured reserve. Inman took on season-high 80 percent snap share with Sims inactive last week, catching four of five targets for 29 yards in a 31-17 loss to Baltimore. Inman has seen either five or six targets each week this season, scoring a pair of touchdowns (both in Week 3) despite producing only 5.0 YPT. It's possible his efficiency stats improve with Kyle Allen replacing Dwayne Haskins under center, though Allen was a turnover machine for the Panthers last season.

Inman (foot) was limited at practice Thursday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
After failing to practice Wednesday, Inman is taking a step in the right direction. Washington's top WR Terry McLaurin (thigh) also did the same, while Steven Sims (toe) remained sidelined. Inman has consistently received 5-to-6 targets per game this season, but production has been lacking, with 11 catches (on 21 targets) for 105 yards. Still, two of those receptions went for touchdowns.
