Deion Branch (groin) has been downgraded to out for Week 15 against the Broncos. Branch was originally listed as questionable after turning in a week of limited of practices, but likely didn't make the Patriots' trip to Denver. His absence should mean more snaps for Tiquan Underwood and perhaps Chad Ochocinco, but neither is a fantasy option. Look for Tom Brady to double down on his big three of Wes Welker, Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez in Branch's absence.

Even though Branch was limited again this afternoon, the fact that he's felt good enough to take the field on back-to-back days bodes well for his Week 15 status. He should be no worse than questionable on Friday's injury report, and doesn't look like he'll end up a dreaded game-time decision for Sunday's 4:15PM ET game.

Deion Branch exited Sunday's Week 14 game with a groin injury in the fourth quarter and was called questionable to return. There are fewer than five minutes left, so odds are he isn't coming back in. Branch was a non-factor throughout the first three quarters, being held catch-less while Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez, and Wes Welker blew through Washington's secondary. The severity of Branch's injury is currently unknown.

Deion Branch caught six passes for 125 yards in Sunday's win over the Eagles. Most of Branch's yards came after the catch, and he narrowly missed out on a 64-yard touchdown after making a number of nifty moves on a second-quarter grab. The receptions were his most since Week 5, while the 100-yard game was his first since Week 2. With the Patriots' schedule easing up down the stretch, Branch should see his numbers improve after a quiet midseason, but he's still unlikely to be anything other than a low-end WR3 in 10-12 team leagues.
