Davis agreed to terms with the Titans on Saturday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
EDGE Analysis
The rookie out of Western Michigan is the last first-rounder from this year's class to sign his rookie contract. Davis was brought along slowly during OTAs while he worked his way back to 100 percent health following surgery, but now he should be able to hit the ground running at his first training camp. Once Davis gets up to speed, he'll round out a talented receiving corps that also features Rishard Matthews and Eric Decker.

Davis, who was slowed by an ankle issue in OTAs, declared himself 100 percent at Tuesday's minicamp practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
In the process, Davis, the fifth overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, made some nice plays in practice. As long as he can stay healthy, the 6-foot-3, 209-pound wideout is set to open the coming season as one of QB Marcus Mariota's top receiving weapons. He's already penciled in as a starter opposite Rishard Matthews, in the slot previously held by Tajae Sharpe.

Davis (ankle) said he could play a game right now if the Titans had one, but he's still on board with the team's decision to ease him into practice, ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis was limited at rookie minicamp in mid-May and likely will continue as a partial participant throughout OTAs. He seems to have recovered from January surgery, but the Titans have little incentive to rush the No. 5 overall draft pick into action, presumably targeting June minicamp or training camp for his debut as a full practice participant. Davis may have to battle sophomore Tajae Sharpe for a starting job, but Sharpe's draft pedigree (fifth round) and poor rookie-season efficiency (6.3 yards per target) tilt the scale in Davis' favor. It does seem likely targets and touches will be spread around in Tennessee, as the team also selected wideout Taywan Taylor and tight end Jonnu Smith in the third round of the draft, bolstering an offense which already featured Sharpe, Rishard Matthews, Delanie Walker, DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry. He'll have to earn his looks early in the season, but Davis does eventually figure to usurp Matthews and Walker for the right to serve as Marcus Mariota's favorite target.

Davis (ankle) participated in a limited capacity in drill work during Friday's rookie practice.
EDGE Analysis
Davis was drafted fifth overall out of Western Michigan despite undergoing ankle surgery in January. The rookie expects to be 100 percent healthy soon, but the Titans are rightfully exercising caution with their prized asset in the meantime. That means Davis mostly did individual work Friday, but him getting on the field is obviously better than him not, and Davis will hope to ramp up his activity level before long.

Davis, the fifth overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, said he isn't sure if he will participate in offseason activities or be held out until training camp, Jason Wolf of The Tennessean reports. "The ankle is doing great. I expect I can be on the field tonight, if need be," Davis said. "I don't really know what they're going to do, but I feel like I'm going to be ready. No doubt."
EDGE Analysis
Once projected as a likely top-10 pick, the Western Michigan product was seemingly in danger of falling to the middle part of the first round after an offseason ankle injury prevented him from taking part in pre-draft athletic testing. The Titans apparently aren't too concerned, as his college tape makes a strong argument that he possesses high-end athleticism for an NFL wideout. Listed at 6-foot-3, 209 pounds, Davis had at least 1,400 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns in each of his final three college seasons, mixing in some impressive performances against top Big 10 defenses to go along with his consistent dominance in the MAC. He seems to be on track in his recovery from January surgery, with recent reports suggesting he'll be back to full strength within the next few weeks. The Titans may have found Marcus Mariota's go-to receiver, which would allow Rishard Matthews and Tajae Sharpe to fall into the complementary roles that they're probably best suited for. While it would be helpful if Davis took part in the offseason program, the Titans likely will prioritize getting him back to full health for the start of training camp. With fellow top-10 picks Mike Williams (Chargers) and John Ross (Bengals) landing on teams that already have impressive receivers, Davis has the most promising rookie-year fantasy outlook among the first-round wideouts.
