Barth hit all three of his field goal attempts, successfully converting from 22, 45, and 21 yards, and also had three successful extra-point attempts in Sunday's 31-30 loss to the Redskins.
EDGE Analysis
Barth has brought the veteran stability the Bucs were hoping for when they signed him to replace inconsistent rookie Kyle Brindza. The sixth-year placekicker is perfect two weeks into his second Tampa stint, successfully converting all six field goal and point-after attempts over that span. Barth will try to extend his impeccable streak in a Week 8 tilt against the Falcons that the Bucs will likely need plenty of scoring to stay in.

Barth made a triumphant return to the Bucs, successfully converting all three field goal attempts and a trio of point-after tries in Sunday's 38-31 loss to the Jaguars.
EDGE Analysis
Barth helped to quickly put the departed Kyle Brindza's inconsistencies in the rearview mirror, turning in a perfect performance in Week 5. The veteran kicker hit field goals of 35, 45 and 47 yards and was impeccable on his first three career extra-point tries from the newly-instituted distance.

Barth signed with Tampa Bay on Tuesday, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
The seven-year veteran was the Bucs' kicker from 2009-13, and he was in camp with the team this preseason to compete with Kyle Brindza. While Brindza won the job, he was released following Sunday's Week 4 loss, so Barth will return and presumably step in as the starter. In his career, Barth has converted 116 of 136 field goals (83 percent).

Barth has been cut by Tampa Bay, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barth missed both of his field goal attempts during the preseason and had his only attempt in Thursday's game against the Dolphins blocked. His release means Kyle Brindza, brought in via trade earlier this week, will make the team. Brindza drilled two long field goals Thursday, connecting from 55 and 57 yards. Patrick Murray could still factor into the discussion, but the job appears to be Brindza's to lose heading into Week 1.

Barth missed a 43-yard field goal Saturday against the Browns. The kick was his only opportunity of the night.
EDGE Analysis
Barth, who was signed earlier in the week to push struggling incumbent Patrick Murray, missed wide right near the end of the first half. Murray, who is competing with Barth to start at kicker for Tampa, also missed his only field goal chance of the night, a 44-yarder late in the game. Murray went 20-of-24 on field goals last year, his first in the NFL, and was retained after the Bucs cut Barth loose. The team brought him back as Murray continues to struggle. Tampa should move closer toward a decision this week as to who will handle primary kicking duties this season.

Barth signed a contract with the Buccaneers on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
After being released by the Broncos earlier in the week, Barth will return to Tampa Bay and recreate the kicking competition with Patrick Murray that both players faced at last year's training camp. Murray went on to win the job before Barth latched on with Denver, for whom he knocked down 15-of-16 field goals in five games. Look for Murray, who nailed 13 fields goals in a row to end last season, to remain the favorite in the job battle.

Barth was released by the Broncos on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Barth was the projected starting kicker for Denver coming into the season but it appears they're electing to re-implement Brandon McManus back into that role after Barth won over the job at the end of the 2014-15 season. With only one field goal missed after 16 attempts last season, Barth will likely receive some offers from around the league and could even have a new job before the season starts anew.

Barth was a perfect 4-for-4 on his field goal attempts and 5-for-5 on PATs during Sunday's win over the Raiders.
A week after missing his lone field goal attempt, Barth was back at it Sunday, connecting on at least four field goals for the third time in five games since joining the Broncos. Denver earned a first-round playoff bye with Sunday's win, giving Barth a week off before kicking in the postseason for the first time in his career.

Barth hit all five of his field goal attempts (19, 26, 19, 49 and 44-yards) and his lone PAT during Sunday's win over the Chargers.
Former kicker Brandon McManus struggled to get many opportunities earlier in the season, but Barth hasn't had that problem, going 11-of-11 in the three games since he took over, plus 6-of-6 on PATs. The Broncos brought him aboard because of his accuracy and he's shown to be a reliable kicking option, something that could make him an attractive option in Week 16 against the Bengals, weather-permitting in Cincinnati.

Barth connected on his lone field goal attempt, a 50-yarder, and all three extra points during Sunday's win over the Bills.
After going 5-for-5 in his debut in Week 13 against the Chiefs, Barth went back to the low volume that plagued former starter Brandon McManus before he was cut and then re-signed to be the team's kickoff specialist. The Broncos' offense still has plenty of ability to move the ball down the field, so Barth could get a number of opportunities in the final weeks of the season, though the next two games will be on the road, so he likely won't get many 50-yard attempts away from the thin Denver air.
