Conley will sign a contract with the Jaguars on Saturday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley did set a career high in touchdowns in 2018, but that was essentially the only area in which the fourth-year receiver was able to capitalize during Sammy Watkins' six-game absence towards the end of the regular season. Known more for his lanky figure (6-foot-3) and tantalizing intangibles (4.34 40-yard dash) than actual production on the field, the toolsy receiver will likely compete with 2018 second-round pick D.J. Chark and Keelan Cole for the No. 3 job entering training camp.

Conley failed to corral his lone target Sunday in the Chiefs' 37-31 overtime loss to the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game.
EDGE Analysis
Sammy Watkins returned from a foot injury to suit up in both of the Chiefs' postseason contests, resulting in Conley losing some prominence in the Kansas City passing attack. Though Conley still worked as the Chiefs' No. 3 receiver, he played only 24 of 52 offensive snaps with the team frequently making use of two-tight end sets featuring Travis Kelce and Demetrius Harris. Conley will hit free agency for the first time this offseason and could be motivated to seek employment from a team that can offer him more legitimate volume in the passing game. A return to Kansas City in 2019 likely wouldn't result in a notable bump in targets for Conley with Kelce, Watkins and Tyreek Hill all still under contract.

Conley failed to record a catch on three targets in Week 17 against the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
Conley completed his 2018 regular season with just 32 total grabs on 52 targets for 334 yards and five touchdowns. While the five scores mark a career-high, the four-year receiver saw declining outputs in both receptions and receiving yards from his last full campaign in 2016. With Sammy Watkins, Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce all ranking above him in the pecking order for targets, With all three set to return and Conley an impending free agent, it's unclear whether or not he will sport Chiefs colors in 2019.

Conley notched two grabs for 13 yards on three targets Sunday against the Ravens.
EDGE Analysis
Even with Sammy Watkins (foot) sidelined and Conley seeing all but one offensive snap, the fourth-year wideout was rarely targeted on the day. It was Demarcus Robinson instead who saw an increase in production Sunday, snagging five passes for 42 yards, leaving little optimism in terms of Conley's outlook moving forward. Still, Watkins could miss the remainder of the regular season and Conley is just a few games removed from a seven-catch, two-touchdown effort against the Rams, so there's a chance he could be utilized as a cheap DFS dart int he right matchup. Next week against the Chargers defense ranking sixth in the league with 224.8 passing yards per game allowed doesn't seem like that matchup.

Conley caught three of seven targets, amounting 25 receiving yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 40-33 win against the Raiders.
EDGE Analysis
The fourth-year man out of Georgia has undergone a resurgence of late, collecting 10 receptions on 15 targets with three touchdowns over Kansas City's past two outings (never had more than combined nine catches or two touchdowns in consecutive outings prior). Conley is probable to be the benefactor of a healthy target share against the No. 2 Ravens pass defense in Week 14, so long as Sammy Watkins (foot) is once again unable to suit up -- a foreseeable development give that he was unable to practice in any capacity for the Chiefs last week, resulting in him being deemed inactive well in advance of Sunday's tilt with the Raiders.

Conley is expected to be a fixture in both two- and three-receiver formations Sunday against the Raiders with the Chiefs ruling out Sammy Watkins (foot) for the contest, Pete Sweeney of ArrowheadPride.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
With his foot injury still hindering him coming out of a Week 12 bye, Watkins will essentially sit out a third game in a row, as he only managed to play five snaps in the 54-51 loss to the Rams on Nov. 19. Watkins' limitations in that contest facilitated Conley's coming-out party, with the 26-year-old parlaying an elevated snap count into seven receptions for 74 yards and two scores on eight targets. The shootout nature of that contest resulted in big numbers from multiple skill-position players on both squads, so expect Conley's statistical output to be more muted in Week 13 while the Chiefs take on 2-9 Raiders squad that enter the contests as double-digit home underdogs. Conley should still draw favorable matchups on most of the routes he runs against Oakland's porous secondary, but his overall volume may suffer if the Chiefs get out to an early lead and favor a run-heavy game script to lengthen possessions and run out the clock.

Conley managed just one catch for 22 yards in Sunday's game against the Rams.
EDGE Analysis
Conley received two targets on the day despite seeing 54 snaps in the contest, which were second to his 73 snaps in Week 4 against the Broncos. Even if Sammy Watkins (foot) is unable to retake the field Monday against the Rams, it likely won't result in a major stats boost for Conley with a number of preferable options to throw to.

Conley will join Tyreek Hill in the starting lineup at wide receiver Sunday against the Cardinals with Sammy Watkins (foot) inactive for the contest, Nate Taylor of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Chiefs don't typically make an overwhelming amount of use of fullback Anthony Sherman or two-tight-end sets, so Watkins' absence won't necessarily translate to a huge bump in snaps for Conley, who is already regularly featured in three-wideout formations. However, Watkins had been drawing six targets per game through the first nine weeks, so Conley should have a good chance to benefit from a slight bump in volume Sunday. Hill, tight ends Travis Kelce and Demetrius Harris and running back Kareem Hunt could also make up for the loss of Watkins, to varying degrees.

Conley hauled in one pass for 23 yards on two targets Sunday against the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
Conley played the majority of offensive snaps (54 percent) in Sunday's contest, but it once again didn't mean that he would produce. With Sammy Watkins dealing with a foot flare-up, there's a chance that Conley's spot in the pecking order could bump up a spot next week.

Conley did not receive a target against the Broncos on Sunday despite playing 52 percent of offensive snaps.
EDGE Analysis
Conley continues to receive reps on game day, but he's not a major part of the team's game plan on a given week. With no more than four catches in a game this season and just three total targets in the last three weeks, Conley can be left on the waiver wire in the vast majority of leagues.
