Conley (hip) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
It's a good sign that he's still getting on the field for the shortened week ahead of Thursday's game versus the Titans, as this is Conley's second straight practice in this capacity. The Jaguars is trending toward a questionable designation unless he can practice at full speed Wednesday. Conley has been a strong wideout for the Jaguars thus far, catching 10 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown through two weeks.

Conley (hip) was listed as a limited participant on Monday's practice estimation, Erik Bacharach of The Tennessean reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Jaguars didn't have a formal practice Monday, so what Conley does in Tuesday's session will be telling with regard to his status for Thursday's game against Tennessee. Through two contests so far this season, the 26-year-old has caught 10 of 12 targets for 170 yards and a touchdown.

Conley caught four of five targets for 73 yards during Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Texans.
EDGE Analysis
Conley is developing into the go-to deep threat for rookie signal caller Gardner Minshew, as the two combined for gains of 16, 14, 31 and 12 yards in their first mutual NFL start -- comprising half of Minshew's 12-plus yard passing gains on the afternoon. The Jaguars' Week 3 opponent has been proficient at limiting explosive gains in recent history, as the Titans allowed the 10th-fewest passing gains of 20 or more yards last year, and Sunday contained Indianapolis to fewer than 150 total passing yards.

Conley caught six of seven targets for 97 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 40-26 loss to Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
In his first game in a Jaguars uniform, Conley led the team in catches and targets, delivering a big 21-yard catch on a Nick Foles pass to convert a third and long early in the game and finishing up with a garbage-time touchdown from undrafted rookie Gardner Minshew. Whatever fantasy value Jacksonville's pass offense had to start the season has obviously taken a hit since Nick Foles went down with a broken clavicle. Minshew played well against a Chiefs pass defense that was weak in 2018 -- and Houston shouldn't be much tougher in Week 2 -- but tougher matchups against teams like Tennessee and Carolina loom.

Conley started Thursday's preseason game against the Dolphins and drew a 28-yard defensive pass interference penalty.
EDGE Analysis
Conley wasn't officially targeted in the contest due to the penalty, but he still made an impact as he played 19 offensive snaps in his first preseason action. The 26-year-old is expected to serve as Jacksonville's No. 3 wide receiver, but he should see plenty of chances given his strong offseason and the team's lack of established pass catchers.

Conley is slated to play in Thursday's preseason game against the Dolphins, John Reid of The Florida Times-Union reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley will make his preseason debut along with Dede Westbrook, while Marquise Lee (knee) will remain sidelined. An offseason pickup from the Chiefs, Conley remains firmly in the mix for a starting receiver job in his first season in Jacksonville.

Conley is not in line to play in Thursday's preseason game against the Eagles.
EDGE Analysis
Dede Westbrook and Tyre Brady are also slated to sit, which sets the stage for the likes of D.J. Chark, Keelan Cole,Terrelle Pryor C.J. Board, Tre McBride and Raphael Leonard to handle the team's wideout duties Thursday

Conley won't dress for Thursday's preseason game against the Bills, John Oehser of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley is expected to have a solidified role in the offense for 2019, so the team is likely giving him a rest day and avoidance of injury. He is one of six wide receivers held out for the game, so duties will be handled by Keelan Cole, C.J. Board and Tyre Brady most notably.

Conley has appeared to develop a solid rapport with QB Nick Foles on deep balls early in training camp, Phillip Heilman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley and Foles illustrated that rapport during Tuesday's joint practice with the Ravens as the pair connected for a 65-yard touchdown down the left sideline. Conley also looked like the team's best receiver during the offseason program and continues to showcase himself well in training camp. The 26-year-old is coming off a career-low 10.4 yards per reception last season with the Chiefs as he was unable to find a consistent role in the high-powered offense. Conley should have every opportunity to carve out a sizable role in an offense lacking any elite pass catchers over the next few weeks -- especially until Marqise Lee (knee) returns from the PUP list.

Conley was Jacksonville's best wide receiver throughout the offseason program, according to ESPN.com's Mike DiRocco.
EDGE Analysis
Marqise Lee (knee) wasn't available, but it's noteworthy that Conley looked better than the team's 2018 receiving leader, Dede Westbrook, who is drawing hype as a third-year breakout candidate. Granted, the Jaguars mostly have used Westbrook from the slot, while Conley primarily played outside in Kansas City. With Westbrook seemingly locked in for slot work, the battle for outside snaps involves Conley, Lee, D.J. Chark, Keelan Cole and Terrelle Pryor. The Jacksonville passing attack isn't likely to be prolific with Nick Foles playing quarterback, but a lack of pass-catching talent at running back and tight end should push a higher-than-average share of the total targets to wide receivers.
