Next week, the Bears will be on bye, and there's a good chance that Mitchell Trubisky will be ready to resume his starting role Week 7.

Daniel will be missing one of his top weapons, however, with Taylor Gabriel (concussion) ruled out for the contest.

When Daniel took over as the Bears' quarterback for a pair of starts in 2018, he averaged over 250 yards along with 1.5 touchdowns, and if he's pressed into action again, he should be a decent option in leagues that start two quarterbacks.

Daniel got the start with Mitch Trubisky sitting out, but he struggled mightily in this one. Despite the poor effort, Daniel is still the heavy favorite to hold onto the backup role over Tyler Bray, who went 11-16 with a touchdown and an interception after getting into the game.
