Jaguars released DE Aaron Kampman. This move has been in the works since Kampman's December surgery, the third on his knee since 2009. Still sidelined by the balky knee, Kampman had no chance to see his scheduled $5 million salary. After landing a $10 million signing bonus in 2010, Kampman managed just four sacks over 11 games the past two seasons as a free-agent bust in Jacksonville. The 32-year-old won't attract interest on the open market until his knee proves healthy.
