Barton scored 22 points (9-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-4 FT) while adding six assists, five rebounds, a steal and a block in 42 minutes during Tuesday's 105-102 win over the Mavericks.
EDGE Analysis
He led the Nuggets in court time on the night, and as a result topped 20 points for the first time since Dec. 27. The Nuggets fell apart defensively in the fourth quarter and nearly let the Mavs steal the game, so coach Michael Malone may not be done tinkering with his lineup, but if Barton does stick in the starting five it should lead to more consistent production for the 27-year-old.

Barton will get the start at small forward for Tuesday's tilt against the Mavericks, Harrison Wind of BSNDenver.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Mike Malone hinted during pregame that he may shakeup the starting lineup, and it turns out Barton will be the beneficiary. He has averaged 17.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 5.0 assists across a healthy 38.0 minutes in nine starts this season.

Barton, with Gary Harris (personal) back in the starting five, will move back to the bench for Saturday's contest against the Spurs, T.J. McBride of Mile High Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barton saw 40 minutes during Friday's game, posting 17 points, five rebounds, three assists, one steal and a block. But, with Harris back, Barton will likely regress to his usual role, where he's garnered 31.0 minutes per game on the season.

Barton managed 17 points (5-12 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block across 40 minutes in Friday's 87-78 win over the Grizzlies.
EDGE Analysis
Barton drew the start for Gary Harris (personal) and finished with a team-high scoring total. The veteran sharpshooter has posted double-digit scoring efforts in seven of the last eight contests, and he's accomplished the feat with multiple substandard shooting efforts. Barton has shot between 16.7 percent and 38.5 percent in seven of the last 10 games, but his typically robust usage continues to help prop up his point totals when he goes through slumps.

Barton will get the start at shooting guard for Friday's game against the Grizzlies, T.J. McBride of MileHighSports.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barton will replace Gary Harris (personal) in the starting lineup. He is averaging 17.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 5.3 assists across 37.8 minutes in eight starts this season. He figures to see a similar workload Friday.

Barton managed 17 points (6-13 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-3 FT), six assists, three rebounds and one steal across 30 minutes in Saturday's 106-98 loss to the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Barton continue to often see at least 30 minutes in his second-unit role, and he's now posted double-digit scoring totals in five straight contests. The 27-year-old has been offering solid production in non-scoring categories as of late as well, dishing out at least five assists in seven consecutive contests while also hauling in between five and seven boards in five of the last nine games. Barton's steady and robust allotment of playing time, typically elevated usage and vital scoring role off the bench serve to keep his value high across all formats.

Barton (illness) is available to play in Wednesday's game against the Suns, Gina Mizell of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barton was considered a game-time decision because of an illness, so it appears he's planning on playing through it. It's unclear just how big of a workload he'll have, though season-long owners should go ahead and activate him. He'll be a risky DFS play, however, so it may be wise to look elsewhere for Wednesday's slate. If Barton is at all limited, Malik Beasley would likely fill in with more minutes on the wing.

Barton is dealing with an illness and is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Suns, Harrison Wind of BSN Denver reports.
EDGE Analysis
Barton will likely receive treatment throughout the day and then he'll try and go through pregame warmups before a final decision is made on his availability. Either way, if he's able to play, Barton will be playing through an illness, so he may be someone to avoid for Wednesday's DFS slate. Look for another update closer to tip-off and if he can't give it a go, look for Malik Beasley and Torrey Craig to fill in with more minutes off the bench on the wing.

Barton had 28 points (10-17 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five assists and three rebounds in 33 minutes during Wednesday's 128-125 loss to the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
Barton had his best game in some time, finishing with a team-high 28 points on just 17 shot attempts. In his previous five games, he had only scored in double-figures once and was averaging just eight points per game. While his scoring had been down, he has still been receiving consistent minutes and should continue to do so, at least until Paul Millsap returns. Barton should be owned in most leagues but does provide owners with a high level of frustration at times.

Barton poured in 19 points (8-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and added six assists, two rebounds and two steals across 32 minutes in Friday's 117-111 win over the Pelicans.
EDGE Analysis
Barton moved back to a reserve role Friday, but his production remained solid over what was essentially a starter's workload. The 26-year-old has scored in double digits in six of his last seven games, putting up between 11 and 20 shot attempts in those contests. With his typically robust usage and reliable secondary contributions in rebounds and assists, Barton remains a valued component of fantasy rosters who sees an abundant amount of playing time whether starting or coming off the bench.
