Duncan registered 21 points (9-15 FG, 3-6 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and a block over 34 minutes in Friday's 102-98 loss to the Nuggets.
EDGE Analysis
With the rest of the starting five resting, Duncan stepped up to deliver one of his strongest performances of the season. It was notably the perennial All-Star's first double-digit scoring effort after four straight single-digit outings, and the scoring total represented a season high. While the output was certainly impressive, it's worth noting that Duncan's offensive responsibility is not nearly as great when San Antonio deploys its usual starting lineup.

Duncan dropped eight points (3-10 FG, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, three blocks, and one assist in 27 minutes during the Spurs' 100-92 win over the Pelicans on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Duncan sat out the last two games to rest, but re-joined the starting lineup on Wednesday versus the Pelicans. Spurs' coach Gregg Popovich will likely continue to rest Duncan down the stretch of the regular season fairly frequently, as he turns 40 on Apr. 25. As a result, make sure it's known that Duncan is indeed playing before counting on him in fantasy over the final seven contests.

Duncan (rest) is probable to play Wednesday against the Pelicans, Jeff McDonald of San Antonio Express reports.
EDGE Analysis
After sitting out Saturday against the Thunder and Monday against the Grizzlies, Duncan appears to be fully rested and ready for Wednesday's tilt against New Orleans.

Duncan will be available Friday against the Grizzlies but will then sit out Saturday versus Oklahoma City and Monday versus Memphis to rest.
EDGE Analysis
The Spurs will rest a number of secondary players Friday night, and they'll then rest Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili for each of the next two games. Duncan, in particular, could see more rest down the stretch as the Spurs gear up for the postseason.

Duncan stuffed the stat sheet with 16 points (7-11 FG, 2-5 FT), 10 rebounds, four blocks, two steals and two assists in 31 minutes of action during Monday's loss to the Hornets.
EDGE Analysis
The ageless one bounced back from a one-point, two-rebound performance against the Warriors on Sunday, registering his first double-double in 10 appearances. Duncan still has the ability to produce outings such as this from time to time, but they have become few and far between. Despite this nice production, Duncan remains a shaky bet in fantasy from night to night.

Duncan will return to the starting lineup Monday night in Charlotte, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Spurs made a late change and inserted Boris Diaw into the starting five Saturday against Golden State, and Duncan saw a season-low eight minutes in a reduced role off the bench. San Antonio will go back to its regular lineup Monday, and Duncan will likely return to his normal role of 20-25 minutes off the bench.

Duncan (rest) won't play Tuesday against the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
On the second night of a back-to-back, the Spurs will rest Duncan, along with Manu Ginobili. Tony Parker is also out with a left toe contusion. With Duncan on the sideline, expect David West and Boris Diaw to see a slight increase in minutes.

Duncan finished with six points (3-7 FG) and six rebounds in just under 25 minutes during Saturday's win against the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
After notching a double-double during Friday's win, the 39-year-old took it easy on the second night of a back-to-back. Although he did play 25 minutes, it would have been surprising to see head coach Gregg Popovich heavily utilize Duncan for a second consecutive night.
